Plushies
Thinking of you
”Siwon!” Eeteuk exclaimed as he put some distance between himself and Heechul. This was not really the ideal start to the conversation he was planning to have with the younger. Siwon frowned deeply at the compromising position and conversation he had just witnessed.
“Do you want me to come back later?” the taller asked and made to leave again. Eeteuk was by his side in a flash, holding him back.
“No, no, I… we need to talk,” he said as he looked at Heechul for help.
“I’ll be going. Play nicely,” Heechul said with a smirk before pushing passed them and descending down the stairs. Siwon looked at Eeteuk with a frown.
“What is going on, Jungsoo-ah?” he asked, worry clear in his voice.
“I think… I need to tell you a story!” Eeteuk suddenly cut himself off as he suddenly remembered something that could help him say what he wanted to say.
“Okay?” Siwon said insecurely. Eeteuk led him towards the railing and sat down with his back to it. He slid down next to the older. An eerie silence spread between them.
“When I was little I had a plush squid. It was one of those colourful toys that had a little bell going on inside of it if you shook it. It was called Sena and I loved it really much. Since I was the youngest I was pretty spoiled and when I took Anni from my sister my parents scolded her for making a fuss and told her to act her age. That it was not right for her to be so angry that I took her plushie. Even though it looked like Sena, it wasn’t him. I didn’t love Anni the same way I loved Sena and I ended up destroying Anni because I was so angry that she was not Sena,” Eeteuk went quiet for a long time. Siwon didn’t really now what to say and just sat there, waiting for his hyung to continue. He didn’t.
“I am not really sure I get what you are trying to tell me,” Siwon said as he frowned even more than before. Eeteuk looked up at him with eyes brimmed with tears but he didn’t look unhappy. He looked… somewhat content.
“I am not going to steal Kyuhyun’s plushie just because my own is gone,” he said with a somewhat unsteady voice and a small smile and Siwon couldn’t help the small gasp that found its’ way out of his mouth.
“How did you….?” Siwon asked but was cut off.
“I am the leader. Even though I have not acted as such since Youngwoon’s death I still have an idea of what is going on with my dongsaengs. I can see t
