It hurt. They hit and kicked him over and over again, laughing. Why was it always he who had to reserve their anger by becoming injured? His eyelids slowly started to drop down. Everything around him turned black.

Minhyun opened his eyes. He was alone on the fourth floor. Flashbacks came into his mind. J.R and his gang had once again bullied him. They had kicked him in the ribs, he felt dizzy and how blood ran down on his face. It had continued over a half year already. He was tired of coming home to loneliness with a bleeding lip or a black eye. He was alone and he hated it. His parents had died in a car accident and he was left alone with his sick aunt, who died a year later in the hospital.

Tears rolled down on his cheeks. All he could think about was that he was weak. The only thing he wished for was that he wouldn’t have to be alone. He wanted to have someone with him to go thought everything together with. Why was it so hard for him to find a friend, or to be accepted as who he was? The thought of giving up on life became stronger day after day.

He cried his eyes out until the salty tears didn’t fall anymore. It was enough for him. He had lost the hope of a miracle that could change his life.

Minhyun lifted his tired, heavy body from the floor, using the walls as help. Blood dropped from his slime face, made contact with the floor and colored the white marble red. Slowly he placed one foot in front of the other one, slowly making his way to his destination.
