Kim Hyosonn is the world's definition of "tomboy".
Her junior high and early high school life centered around T-shirts and jeans, sports and sneakers. Oh, and the occasional romance novel on the side (but don't tell anyone that).
But that's all about to change. No more wrestling with the boys or climbing trees. Hyosonn is ready to make it big in Seoul and become the ultimate girly girl, adopt a whole new attitude in life, and get a boyfriend (who's hopefully as wonderful and Prince Charming-like as her romance novels describe boyfriends to be).
Of course, the six most popular guys in Cube High immediately figure out who she really is.
Beast: The group of handsome and popular kingkas who aren't exactly nice (that's an understatement, they're total bastards).
But when they start laughing at her, all Hyosonn says is,
"Hey, boys! Do you think I'm pretty?"
So what happens when she wins them over and they agree to become her coaches?
Among the ups and downs of high school life, these seven people slowly grow closer and change for the better.

Kim Hyosonn: The ever-optimistic and happy-go-lucky star of the show. In junior high, it was all about T-shirts and sneakers. Now as a junior transfer student in Cube High, she's ready for skirts and high heels! Unfortunately, old habits are hard to get rid of. Luckily, her cheerful, slightly dense, and overall rather ridiculous personality is attracting the hottest coaches to her side.....
Beast: The super-popular, good-looking kingka group of Cube High. Revered as gods by the general high school population in Seoul, but the truth is, they are total A-holes. Nevertheless, their one act of kindness (or pity, really, it's hard to tell) in coaching Hyosonn has just sparked a rollercoaster ride into their otherwise boring lives........

Ya Heejin: Hyosonn's best friend/sidekick/awesome back-up.
Go Hakkun: Hyosonn's cousin. Overprotective and easily jealous. Oh, and a total idiot, if I may add.
Choi Minho: Hyosonn's neighbour. A total hunk, and totally in love with Hyosonn. Funnily enough, for a girl who wants a boyfriend, she is completely clueless.......
Key, Taemin, Onew, Jonghyun: Minho's friends and regular customers at the cafe Hyosonn works at. Fun-loving pranksters.
Park Changsook: Queenka of Cube High. Very superficial. Family owns large electronics company.
Im Yanggae/Im Yeunja: Twin Queenkas of Cube High. One is a malicious prankster, another is shy and kind. Impossible to tell the difference between the two, but Hyosonn seems to be able to notice.....
Kim Jaejoong: Shy, humble 20-year-old regular customer at Hyosonn's cafe. Seems to like Hyosonn and often gives her advice.
