“Never thought a girl could kill someone. I think she didn’t kill it literally, did she?” Hoya asked tapping his chin

“We better put this back and sleep, tomorrow is another Sunday” Sunggyu said yawning

With that they sneak back to Sungjong’s room and put his diary back. They went into their individual rooms and did their thing.

~Morning. October 10, 2011~

~Sungjong~

Morning already? Urgh, bright sun, chirping birds, new home, new housemates. I miss my friends.

“Oh~ your awake, Key hyung told me that you should eat and by the way your textbooks and school uniform already arrived” L turned around-about to leave after he said that

“Wait, I’m not sober yet” I said stopping him

I was shaking my head violently so that I can wake up. I feel dizzy, why?......... I forgot to drink my iron pills yesterday. I was too excited to take them

I crawled over my bed and looked for my pills on the drawer.

“It’s empty” I mumbled as I stood up and walked over to L hyung

“Wae? What’s empty Jongie?” he asked looking at me

“Where is Key umma? I shook my head again

“He already left with Jonghyun hyung” Sungyeol hyung said hyung said. I feel dizzier by the moment

I went to the dining room with them to eat my breakfast

“What time is it?” I asked. My eyes are getting blurrier by the minute

He looked at his wristwatch “It’s nine in the morning” Woohyun hyung said

“Good morning hyung’s” I said slowly feeling my head getting heavier

“Are you alright Jongie? You look like a bit paler” Sunggyyu hyung asked my touching my forehead

“Ani” I pulled his hand away. I walked to get water and then it went black

~No one~

“Sungjong! Sungjong! Do you hear me? Sungjong” Dongwoo tapped Sungjong’s cheeks

“Hyung what do we do now?” Sungyeol ran all over the dining room

They were running, shouting and worried to death but only one of them remained silent, he was in deep thought.

~Myungsoo~

“Hyung, Let’s play hide and seek” A petite boy came running towards him

“That’s a lame game, why don’t we just buy ice cream and go to my house and watch movies” the 7 year old Myungsoo suggested

“Ani, we do that every weekend” the boy whined pouting

“Arraso just stop being so cute” Myungsoo pinched the boy “But- let’s buy ice cream first” Myungsoo said

When they were buying the boy’s grip on Myugnsoo suddenly tightened making Myungsoo worried

“Are you okay?” Myugnsoo asked

“Yeah, I feel a bit dizzy” the boy pouted

After they finished eating their ice cream the boy suddenly fainted

“Yah~ don’t joke around, it’s not funny” Myungsoo said but when he didn’t get a reply he ran to the boy

“Yah~Yah~Yah” he said patting the boy’s chubby cheeks

“Umma~Umma~Umma” Myungsoo called his mom for help

“L what do we do?” Hoya asked frantically

“Carry him to his room and lay him there, I have to go get something” L said quickly before dashing through the dining room and ran to his room

L quickly searched for his photo book and searched for a picture. He found the picture at last. He read the words written at the back of the picture

“Who are you? I don’t remember you, but for some odd reason, I feel I know you more than anyone else; you were a part of my life, my childhood. L went to Sungjong’s room to see if the others tucked him in and luckily he is.

“Guy’s have you called Key hyung?” L asked them

“Not yet………….” Sunggyu trailed off

“What do you think is the reason on why he fainted?” Woohyun asked

Silence embraced them, they are thinking what he had ate yesterday or what he was doing that he fainted today

“Wait!” L said suddenly

He suddenly went beside Sungjong’s bed; he opened a drawer and saw a container of pills, only there is no pills left.

“What do you got there L?” Dongwoo asked peeking on what’s his holding

“He was looking at this when I was waking him up and began shaking his head” he said “Its empty, do you know what this is for?” L asked pulling it up for everyone to see

“Yes, Anemic people drink these to maintain their iron” Sunggyu said holding the container

“Then why is it in his drawer…………….” Hoya mumbled, slowly the boys looked at each other and called Key

~Key~

I was heading to the garage to get my car and visit some of my stores in Seoul but my phone started to vibrate. Annoyingly I fetched my phone from my bag, ready to yell at the person calling me. Oh it’s only Sunggy

“Yeoboseyo” I said while jogging to my car

“Hyung…..” Sunggyu said with a tone of need

“What?” I asked worried, he only uses this tone if they have trouble at home; and now Sungjong is with them, it makes him worried more

“Put it in loud speaker hyung” the other members mumbled through the phone. I rolled my eyes with their child-like-attitude

“What happened? Did Sungyeol put oil on the stairs again?” I asked mockingly

“Ani, does Sungjong have some what can we say…..illness that you might know?” Woohyun asked

“As far as I know, he didn’t tell me anything and if there was, he’ll tell his sister and tell me since I’m the closest close relative they have” I said putting my bag inside my car and leaned to the car door

“Hyung…Jongie fainted an-” I didn’t let them finished, telling my Jongie fainted is enough for me to cancel all my meeting this afternoon

~Home~

“Where is he? Is he alright? We should bring him to the ho-” I was cut off when Sungyeol hugged me

“Hyung, we were so worried for Sungjong that we don’t know what to do” he ranted

I went upstairs to his room like the other boys

“Hyung, maybe you should look at this” L handed me some container for Anemia

“Why do you have this L?” I asked him

“I don’t, I saw Sungjong mumbling how this is empty” He said

“I think he has anemia hyung” Hoya said slowly

“What? How could this be? When?” I asked

“We don’t know hyung, we just met him 2 days ago” Sunggyu said slowly

“We also found this” Woohyun handed me some doctor’s receipt

Take 2 iron pills 2x a day

I dropped on my knees while tears rolled down my cheeks slowly

“How could this be? Were we too careless to notice that he has a problem physically? We’re we not trustworthy enough to know?” these questions repeated itself like a broken player in my head

“It’s alright, everything’s gonna be alright. Yeobo, deep breaths” Jonghyun chanted as he turned me around to face him

“It’s alright, nobody knew this was going to happen; it’s not your fault. Shhhh everything’s going to be alright” He chanted as he pushed my head towards his chest.

“If…if….if…he (Sungjong’s father) only knew things were going to be like this……..do you think he’ll leave them? If she (Sungjong’s mother) only knew he (Sungjong) will be like this……..do you think she’ll take another glance at him and stop working? And if she did, why didn’t she stop? Why did she continue? Did she even knew every day after he comebacks from visiting Miny he would fall into his knees and cry in the middle of the living room? The maids told me these things not her! The freaking maids that has no relationship with him cared for him, unlike his mother……. His sister knew about his sobs at night, nightmares and yells because the maids told them, not her mother, why is he like this? My noona was never like this, she always cared for me, even she end up nothing, she assured me first and she always glance at the people who will be hurt if she did the things she wanted, I missed my old noona Jjong” I told him while sobbing.

“It’s alright Key, we can solve it together. Whatever happens I’ll be always at your side holding you tight, protecting you. It’s not your fault Key, you didn’t plan this, and you didn’t even know this.
