“What are you doing?” Key squeaked

They just witnessed how the kingkas of Woolim high engulf the poor cookie jar. Dongwoo was munching a cookie with a cookie on one hand and the other was holding the jar; L was eating a cookie, his left hand holding a cookie and the other is still in the jar. Sunggyu was pulling the jar away from the two boys while he has 2 cookies in one hand.

Once Key squeaked, the stopped doing anything and stared at Key innocently.

“Hi hyung” Sunggyu said awkwardly breaking the silence.

“I made a hundred cookies for a week because I’m not here for the week and now you ate them all?” Key’s shocked face turned into a dark one

“Its okay umma, I can bake more. I like baking” Sungjong squeaked happily standing in front of the boys; like a barrier

“Fine but make the boys help, if not” Key paused and smirked “You are grounded for a week and that means no videogames, computers and cookies” Key said walking through them

The boys froze.

“NO VIDOEGAMES?!” They shouted in unison

“And by the way” Key stopped and turned around with a smirk “And no phones” he said and continued walking “And don’t even think about not helping because we have surveillance cameras around the house” he said

“I’ll put this away first” Sungjong saidlifting up his shopping bags

After some time he came back wearing comfortable clothes

~Sungjong P.O.V~

Ahh. I really like baking.

“Guys, TO THE KITCHEN” I giggled

They followed me to the kitchen while I was getting the materials from the cupboard

“You can bake?” Sunggyu hyung ask me rising a brow

“Yep, I learned this from our home economics class. I really like that subject” I said beaming

After like an hour or two we finished the first batch. We finished cooking 100 cookies for the jar. Now, we’re waiting for the other 50 for the snacks.

“You really like baking do you?” Dongwoo hyung asked

I stared at him for a moment then beamed “Yes, yes I do. It’s my first time in a while. The last time I baked was with…… Miny” I trailed. It’s been so long

“Care to tell us who Miny is? If you’re comfortable with it” Sunggyu hyung said he looked hesitating to ask

~Myungsoo/ L~

Sunggyu hyung is daebak, he found a way how to ask Jongie about his friend that seems to burden him

“Uhm, yeah” he smiled a small smile. Aww, he looks so adorable doing that

“Miny, Miny was my best friend, she was always my seatmate in every subject we had together including home economics. She visits my house once in a while so we can bake together since she’s the only child and me left alone most of the time” he trailed looking down on the cooked cookies

“Enough of my best friend, now how about you tell me about yourself” he said looking at us beaming but his eyes, his eyes full of sorrow and pain, I want to save him, I need to save him.

“We are Infinite, the kingkas of Woolim high. Me I’m the leader. Dongwoo is expert in cars and has the most big and laughable smile. Woohyun is the only one that can cook. Hoya is the dance machine in school. Sungyeol is the choding and most annoying and mischievous one and L” Sunggyu hyung said pointing at me “Don’t be trick on his looks, even he has a poke face most of the time and has this cold aura, he is the silliest person I’ve met, well the 3 most silliest because Sungyeol is #1 and Dongwoo is next” Sunggyu hyung said

Sungjong gasped and giggled. I looked at him, at his eyes. His eyes are so mesmerizing. I paused for a moment and smiled.

“It’s okay Jongie, Sunggyu hyung gets us in trouble most of the time” I said

“Well how about your family Jongie? If your okay talking about it though” Dongwoo hyung asked

I looked at him, he looked a bit hurt. Poor thing, poor beautiful thing; a friend with cancer with a family problem?

“Okay” he replied and the oven made a sound indicating that the cookies are done

“You go to the living room with the cookies, I’ll put this in the jar first” he requested

~Sungjong~

Dongwoo hyung asked about my family, well there’s nothing much on it; just a bit of that and this, that’s all

I went to the living room after putting the cookies in the cookie jar. I sat on the opposite coach they we’re sitting on

“Okay, my parent’s got divorce when I was 4 by then my mother becomes a workaholic, when I was 10 my sisters went to California leaving me alone with my mother, that’s when Key umma and Jonghyun appa took care of me because his company was not big and famous as now. When I turned 14 I learned all senior lessons. I also started to occupy myself in singing, dancing and acting, I also tried archery. My father? We didn’t see each other since but I receive gifts from him on special occasions” I told them all

“How about you show us how well you can sing?” Sunggyu hyung asked smiling

“I’ll be honored to” I said standing

We went to the third floor, to the music room. When we entered the music room, I stared at it in awe. It was big and has a grand piano in the middle of the room. I sat on the chair and played a soft melody until I sang the song ‘Superman’ by five for fighting. It was a song I really like to hear, to do what it says but I just couldn’t do it.

When I finished singing someone……….

“YOU CAN SING? AND YOU SANG BEAUTIFULLY” a voice shouted

We turned our head towards the door which is left open. We saw the rest of Infinite standing and just staring at us with shopping bags in their hands.

Slowly and surely, Woohyun hyung shuttered words

“You” he pointed at me “You, I heard you sang before” he said

I tilted my head a bit, I never ever sang for one of them; I only sang with a mask on, on a stage. Oh~ that’s right, maybe he was on one of the events I sang for.

I only remained silent, no one knew this; me singing on stage, not even my family; I only sang for money so I can give it to the orphanage. I’m afraid he’ll tell umma, he never allows me to go to public.

“The voice, I knew it. It sounded oh so familiar but where?” L hyung asked tapping his chin

“Oh hyung your home” I greeted “We made cookies because the other hyungs ate it all just don’t eat the ones in the jar, arraso?” I said telling them
