Seohyun is a simple girl studying in Incheon University of Medicine to be one of the greatest doctors in Seoul.  She is from a not-so-rich family, only to be supported by her sister, Taeyeon who works hard as a Teacher in the same school alongside with their oppa, Donghae. Even though they’re poor, her life is almost perfect with Cho Kyuhyun, her boyfriend, the man of her dreams who made her very happy when he asked her hand in marriage. She thought that their forever will start soon and she will finally have her happy ever after. But what if he suddenly vanished from her life and broke the promise that he made? Main Characters:
