It was a joyful event. The SM Family was having their annual dinner in a renowned hotel. All the celebrities committed their time and came together for their special dinner. It was a time to play around with their close family members.

Soon, the dinner was going to end in a joyful mode – Lucky Draw Time!

“Hi, boys and girls! Oops, I should say ladies and gentlemen!” This earned a groan from the audiences. “The emcee chuckled and continued. “Well, time seems to fly… A few hours had gone by and now it’s the finale – Lucky Draw!”

The crowd cheered and applauded merrily. It’s not that they liked to have the present but they really enjoyed the suspense and anticipation.

“Alright, let’s get the drums rolling!” The emcee made some weird noise and got the SM family burst into laughter. The Director then proceeded to tap the lucky draw screen. The screen showed all the photos of the SM celebrities flicking through. They waited for almost ten seconds before the screen halted to show the winner of the night – Jung Yunho of DBSK!

“Congrats, Jung Yunho! I’m glad to announce that you are the lucky draw winner for the SM Annual Dinner! However, as the Management has ran out of idea for the prize… Hence, we decided to grant you a wish instead…! Jung Yunho, you’re now given 15 minutes to consider and think carefully about your life-time wish!”

 “Ooh!”“Wow!” The crowd was envious of Yunho’s unbelievable good fortune. They were wondering what might their buddy wished for when he suddenly answered the emcee.

“I do not need the time to think… My one and only wish is….” Yunho paused, scanned the crowd before stopping his gaze at Yuri and continued. “I want to have a date with SNSD’s Kwon Yuri…”

Yuri’s smile froze. She was delighted to know that Yunho, her admired senior had won the lucky draw. But never did she thought of – the once and only life-time wish of Jung Yunho was to have a date with her. Her brain had just short-circuited automatically.

“Oh yes, you did it, Yunho!” At the other table, Changmin jumped up in delight. He knew that his best buddy had always harboured special feelings for the y goddess in SNSD. But he was too afraid to voice out as he knew that the Management would not approve their relationship. Hence, the first step was difficult for Yunho. Now, using this rare chance, Yunho plucked up his courage and indirectly confessed to his beloved Yuri.

After the initial shock, the crowd recovered fast and were teasing Yuri. Yuri’s face was fascinating to look at. From her initial pale white, her face reddened quickly to a cooked prawn.

It seemed eternity for the Management to give their approval. Once granted, Yunho gave a loped-sided grin and stepped down from the stage, walking gracefully to “claim” his prize.

It was a sight to see Yuri’s face changing to a deeper shade of red. Her heart thumping so quickly that she thought she was going to faint soon. Yuri dared not look at Yunho. She admitted that she was fond of the Dancing King ever since they met each other for the first time. But she kept this little secret deep down in her heart and locked it up for years without anyone discovering it.

However, now not only the lock had been shattered by Yunho, he was threatening to enter and live in her heart. Yuri was so deep in her thoughts that she did not realise Yunho had reached and was now kneeling in front of her.

“My Black Pearl, am I given the chance to bring you out for a date tomorrow?” Yunho looked pleadingly into Yuri’s clear eyes. His fear of being rejected can be seen clearly. Yuri gazed fondly at her ideal guy, gave a smile and nodded shyly.

“NO……….!” Many guys shouted in despair. Their y goddess had just declared taken! They ran towards the couple who had already shot up from their seats and sprinting towards the exit…
