To Love or Not to Love (LNL) Character List

Setting: Shanghai, Beijing, and NYC (mainly in NYC).

MC means main cast

Main Girl (you, age 20)- Comes from a middle class family that owns a small restaurant in NYC. She’s currently working at Morgan Stanley as a junior intern with Seungri.

Bigbang:

MC: Top (age 21) - Son of a wealthy family that runs an automobile parts company. Extremely arrogant and is known to date some of the prettiest girls in town.

G-dragon (age 21)- also from a wealthy family that specializes in mooncakes. He is often found to be very immature and can act like a jerk when girls are around, but he’s actually very kind at heart.

G-dragon and Top grew up together as bestfriends

Taeyang (age 20)- high school friend of Top and GD. He’s not from a rich family and often works part time at a coffee shop. Taeyang is also extremely close to Top despite coming from different family backgrounds. However as the story progresses, he turns against Top due to jealousy.

Seungri (age 21)-main girl’s co-worker at Morgan Stanley. Secretly crushes on her at work.

Daesung (age 20)- TOP’s unknown half brother that secretly hates TOP. He is jealous of Top’s good looks and life as a rich boy.

MC: Lee Minho {English name: Marc Lee}(age 25): Heir of a wealthy family that is part royal and centralizes in investment banking and loans in Europe. He grew up in France and now works as a junior manager at Morgan Stanley. He is also the current senior mentor for the main girl and seungri.

SNSD:

Tiffany (age 20)- main girl’s childhood best friend that later on betrays her for TOP. She used to be from a wealthy family, but after the financial crisis, she had no choice but to move into a small apartment with her mom and brother. Her step dad ran away with whatever money they had left.

Yoona (age 22)- Top’s current girlfriend. She thinks Top is in love with her.

4 MINUTE:

MC:Hyuna (age 22)- Top’s ex-girlfriend. She is his first love and refuses to let him go despite the fact that he’s slowly moving on with his life with yoona.

2NE1:

CL (age 20)- main girl’s new best friend.  She’s wild and bold. Yet at the same time she has low self-esteem. Constantly calls herself ugly. Like the main girl, she comes from a middle class family.
