Maybe it’s better to fix my hair up after all.

On second thought a white dress might look cuter.

Why am I getting overly conscious? I slapped myself.

It’s creepy.

I’m just going to his house like usual.  

She settled with a gray dress and added a pair of leggings. She partnered her favorite boots and went ahead.

The Kwon’s gates are filled with luxurious cars.

There are a lot of people inside with their flashy suits and gowns.

What the heck is happening? I saw my favorite butler and walked closer to him.

“Ahm excuse me, what’s going on here?” I ask him unsurely.

“Oh. Young miss! Today is the young master’s birthday party!” He said to me with a blank face.

Hold on, B-birthday? Why didn’t he told me? I could’ve prepared a present for him. I took a peek inside.

I’m totally out of place.

“I have heard from young master, please come in young miss.” He gestured me to come inside.

I smiled awkwardly and looked at myself.

Totally out of place, my clothes look shabby compared to the other guests I don’t want to give him embarrassment so…

“Thank you but I don’t think so… ” was all I said to my favorite butler.

Then I started running.

I started running away.

Away from him.

My feet lead me to this deserted playground.

I sat at the seesaw.

I’m totally depressed right now.

It’s like another world out there.

I wish he told me it was his birthday.

I can’t enter there with this get-up.

Totally embarrassing.

I looked at the blue sky.

“Happy birthday Jiyong!” I whispered in the air.

I closed my eyes. I just realized the gap between us.

Can I really reach him? Is it possible for us to be together? Am I even qualified to be with him?

“Dara!!” That made my eyes open.

I stood up, surprised with his sudden appearance. “J-jiyong?”

“What are you doing? Breaking our promise like that?” He asked me grudgingly.

Omo is he mad?

Ottoke?

“Didn’t I tell you that you’ve got to come?” he asked me sincerity was written all over his face. That touched my heart.

I remembered. Our promise.

He ran towards me. I was surprised when he suddenly hugged me. “I thought you wouldn’t come.” He said with gratitude in his voice.

My heart skipped a beat.

I looked at him and muttered “Sorry… Ok.”

 “I want you to wish me a happy birthday.” He told me with his puppy eyes.

 “Happy Birthday!” I greeted him and hugged him back.

I felt my face flushing.

I’m sure I’m beet red right now.

He moved back a little not breaking our embrace then he cupped my face. Our eyes are locked together. His lips are closing the distance between mine.

I closed my eyes. And I felt his wet lips on my forehead.

He smiled.

I looked at him and find that he’s looking back.

“Your expecting huh.” He said with a smirk.

Aisht this kid. Really, I slapped his arm. And he muttered “Thank you!” on my ears. I hugged him tighter.

“Young master! You need to go home soon.” Aisht I know that voice. Seriously whenever we have our moment he just has to bust our bubble and interrupt.

Way to go my favorite butler.

He let me go and looked into my eyes. “I’m going now.” Was what he said. I smiled at him and waved goodbye.

He turned around walking away from me.

He reached the car but then he looked back at me and smiled.

I smiled back.

I knew it.

I fell in love with that Mischievous Prince.

What should I do?
