Description

The human and demon races lived together in peace until tragedy struck. Someone in the Royal Family was brutally murdered, and fingers were quickly pointed at the demon race. Specifically, they blamed the Demon King for ordering his people to kill someone of the Royal Family. After the war against the demon race, the human race decided to turn the demons into slaves. However, the royal family was unaware of the survival of the heir to the demon king's throne, hidden amongst the humans.

Foreword

Prologue:

He was an orphan, currently under the supervision of the Lee family. The Lee family were not just any normal family, the family were of nobility. He was taken into the family when he was ten but was not introduced to the rest of the Lee family and the public until he was fourteen. This was because he had a dark secret that no one was to ever find out except for the Lee family head. His name was Ashmotae, the crowned prince of the Demon Realm.

For the Lee family and the public to not start any speculations, Samuel Lee the family head, had decided to wait until the aftermath of the war had blown over. Additionally, Ashmotae looked quite different from humans. Despite having a human figure he had two small horns under his hairline. When he was ten it was small little nubs, but as the years passed they grew little by little.

In the four years of hiding, Ashmotae and Samuel scoured the Demon King’s castle for anything that could help aid Ashmotae’s safety. The only thing they were able to find, was a gold chain that gave the user the ability to transform. Samuel was quite proud to have found the chain as it was something the previous Demon King cherished in his younger years. With some practice, Ashmotae could change his appearance to a human. As for Samuel, the sight of Ashmotae’s human form brought a lot of fond memories as the boy in front of him now was a spitting image of his dear old friend Luciferos when they were much younger. To Ashmotae, it meant he was going to live free and contradictingly safe amongst the humans.
