When Chaeyoung got a call from her best friend at 11 p.m., she knew that it had to be important. She quickly changed her pants and then drove to Dahyun. In between, she stopped at a 24/7 shop to get a few beers, knowing she would probably sleep over when they met at this time.

 

Chaeyoung had an idea why Dahyun called her over, but she didn't give much thought to it, since she would find out in a few minutes. After arriving at the building, Chaeyoung took the beer walked to the front door, and knocked. A few seconds later the door was opened by a sad-looking Dahyun

 

 

"Bro"

Chaeyoung smiled sadly back and opened her arms

Dahyun quickly hugged the younger girl tightly

Chaeyoung sighed and patted her friend's back

 

 

"I know"

The two then separated and the shorter one showed Dahyun the beer in her hand

Chaeyoung had to chuckle at how far Dahyun's mood changed.

 

 

The two then got inside. Dahyun put a pizza in the oven for them while Chaeyoung sat on the couch and handed Dahyun a beer when she joined her on the couch. The two friends then started to drink, talking about random things at first before Dahyun started to tell Chaeyoung how she was finally brave enough to ask out Sana and got rejected

 

 

"That's rough buddy"

Chaeyoung said, patting her friend's shoulder

 

 

"It's okay. Sana deserves someone better"

this made the younger girl frown

 

 

"What are you talking about bro? You're awesome"

 

 

"Thanks, bro"

 

 

 

"I mean it, bro. Maybe she just wasn't ready for someone cool like you"

Dahyun had to chuckle at her friend's words

 

 

"Heads up Bro, there are other girls who would love to go out with you. You're funny, kind, and sometimes smart"

the last part got her a small punch from Dahyun, making both chuckle

 

 

 

"Thanks Bro, I can always count on you"

Chaeyoung smiled, glad she could help out a friend

 

 

"I don't get how Mina couldn't see how caring you are bro"

Chaeyoung shrugged at the comment

 

 

"It is what it is bro. I'm over her"

Dahyun was proud of Chaeyoung.

 

 

It took a while for her to get over her first girlfriend. Dahyun was with her best friend through the whole process of moving on and she could see that this time Chaeyoung meant what she said

 

 

"That's good Bro. Now you can go out again and find the right one for you"

 

 

"I don't know Bro. I don't think I can flirt with anyone"

Dahyun scooted a bit closer and Gold onto Chaeyoung's shoulders
