Jinki curled into a ball under his blanket, staring at his phone screen. There was the text message he never expected to receive.

"I'm sorry Jinki..."

What did it even mean?... He felt tears well into his eyes. Was... Was Jonghyun leaving him? The brunette threw his phone, making it hit the wall. How could his boyfriend do this? Yesterday they had been telling each other how much they were in love.

He stood up, going to retrieve his phone, thinking that maybe the text wasn't meant for him. What could he even do without Jonghyun? Jonghyun was the one who worked, and payed for their apartment. The one who made him smile, made his heart flutter. His soulmate.

A pain shot through his chest as Jinki heard the door open. Sobbing, the older managed to choke out words.

"Why, why are you doing this?...."

Jjong raised an eyebrow, unsure of what Jinki was talking about. He grabbed the phone from Jinkis hands, reading the open text. He awkwardly chuckled.

"I'm sorry Jinki, I forgot to go buy the chicken you wanted..."
