Crown Princess Yu Jimin of the South Korean Monarchy wishes to live a life where nobody knows her true identity before she has to step up as the monarchy's leader. Accompanied by her best friend, Captain Kim Minjeong of the South Korean Royal Army, the crown princess moves all the way across the globe to San Francisco to start her new life. Disguised as a daughter of a farmer from Daegu named Karina Yu, the royalty and the captain, who assumed the identity of Winter Kim, Karina Yu's best friend since they were born, enroll to the country's (fictional) best high school, Westlake High, where they immediately encountered four Korean-Americans in their first day of school. How will the crown princess navigate through her new life in a new country? Will she be able to persevere through the challenges ahead of her? Or will she scurry back to her luxurious lifestyle once she encounters an obstacle in the new enviornment?
