the three of you went inside the mini market and as usual, the ahjumma who always greet you and yongguk was there.

"I knew it the couple will be here this time of the year again" the ahjumma said.

you and yongguk looked at each other and then laughed "for the 4th time time ahjumma, we're not a couple" you said.

"oh and you brought a new blondie with you" the ahjumma said.

"oh, err, this our friend... himchan" you said.

himchan bowed and just stayed quiet.

you and yongguk were looking for some snack and would laugh once in a while. himchan would look your way and see you smiling.

when done, you and yongguk  payed for the snacks and the candles you bought.

"see you next dear cute couple.. and you too new boy" the ahjumma said

"bye ahjumma" you waved.

you three where on a train to gyeonggi province. you and yongguk were sitting toegther while himchan was beside yongguk.

when you three arrived. you took a bus heading to a little village with a hill behidn it.

"so.. where are we going?" himchan asked.

"hmmm, a graden up that little hill" yongguk said.

knowing the answer.. himchan still asked "What's in there?"

yongguk sighed "just chek it out later"

the three of you continued to walk up the hill and there was a house before the garden, you stopped there and knocked, the door opened and kid welcomed you

"omma!!! ~~~~~~ unnie is here!! yongguk oppa is here too!!" the kid said and she titled her head to see himchan.

"who are you?" she pointed.

you smiled at the kid "sooyeon-ah, that's himchan.. you call him, himchan oppa too, arasseo?" You said and the kid nodded. then the lady she called for arrived in front of you three.

"oh ~~~~~~ come in, I see you brought a new friend." she said.

you just smiled.

"uhm.. mrs kim, I wont come in since a brought two friends with me today, I just need the key for the other gate.. you know" you said.

"ahhh, Of course.." she said and walked away then came back to have a key in her hand and a cloth on the other.

"I see you didn't brought a cloth again today like last year so here..." she said and held it out to you.

"Thanks Mrs. Kim" you said and bowed.

she just smiled and smiled at yongguk "Have you been taking care of your girl?" she asked

you and yongguk laughed again "Mrs. kim...." you said.

"alright alright.. sorry.. now go there and visit your mom" she said and you nodded and waved goodbye.

as you two were walking, yonguk went to you side adn got the plastic of snacks from your hand. helping you.

"Sooyeon's growing every year" yongguk said.

"hmmm, what did you expect you babo" you said and smiled.

himchan was behind you two and kept looking

*everyone seems to misunderstan them as a couple* he thought.

when you three got there you opened the gate and walked down to the tree standing tall and alone there.

you kneeled and bowed.

yongguk did too and himchan followed, when you stood up, they did too.

"hi omma" you said.

"Hi mrs choi!" yongguk said and looked at himchan.

all attention was now on him.

he blinked at you two and did the same.

"errrr, hello mrs choi" he said.

you and yongguk arranged the cloth and put the snacks out.

you three sat down and silence was in the air.

"so.. errrr, you two will explain now, right?" himchan asked.

you nodded and started to tell himchan everything. when done he just nodded and looked at the three.

"annyeong haseyo mrs. choi.. I am Kim Himchan.. ~~~~~'s classmate and friend, I'm sorry if I just knew this now" he said.

you looked at him and just smiled.

you three were lying on the cloth while munching on some biscuit, when suddenly, you spoke.

"Yonggukie" you called.

"hmmmm?" he sat up and you did too.

you two were sitting beside each other, backs facing himchan.

he looked up and watched you two whisper to each other.

you were telling stories to yongguk again and once in a while.. he would poke your sides.. your cheeks.

he wouls softly laugh and you will too.

a pang of jealousness hit himchan.

*no wonder they will be mistaken as a couple.. they do look and act like one... they're so close, I never they were this close..* himchans thought as he continued to watch you two pretending to sleep.

you looked back at himchan and saw him sleeping.

"yonggukie... maybe himchan's bored" you said and pointed at him.

"well atleast he get to rest instead of listening on something about school" yongguk said.

"hey.. school's fun" you said and smiled

"yeah right.." yongguk said and rolled his eyes.

there was silence once again.. curious, himchan slowly opened his eyes to see you and yongguk's back facing him again.

then you started to talk again.

"yonggukie.. you'll always accompany me here... right?" you asked.

"course I would.. c'mon is that eve a question" yongguk said.

"I dont know.. sometimes.. they way you act in school, the way we debate makes me think maybe you'll get mad at me or what" you said.

"no I wont so get that in your head.. arasseo?" yongguk said and you nodded.

"psh come here!" yongguk said and pulled you closer

what surprised himchan and made him more jealous is what yongguk did.

he pulled you closer and hugged you, letting your head rest on his shoulders. then he spoke.

"Your father might've left you to live alone, your mother is now just watching you form above.. but c'mon... I'm here and I'll protect you too!" yongguk pulled away and pinched your cheeks.

"I'll protect you too just like what I did when that crazy guy.. what you call him again.. ghun? yeah him.. just like when he was taking you away from me, himchan and jieun the other day" yongguk said.

you pouted and held you pinky out "you promise?"

he smiled at you "Promise" he laced his pinky with you and then ruffled your hair.

you and yongguk lied down again, thinking himchan is still asleep.

"hey." yongguk called

"hmmmm?" you asked

"you better not call me yonggukie tomorrow. today's the due date" he said.

you just laughed.

watching and hearing you two made himchan think.

*they're like a couple... why didn't I notice this before.. is it because how everyone thinks of them at school as sibling that's why I think they're like siblings... but being alone with these two.. it's like.. it's like I'm brekaing my own heart* he thought.

but then he suddenly sat up and shook his head *no himchan.. dont think so silly, they're just friends... You still have a chance on ~~~~~~, if ~~~~~~ likes yongguk then she would not be this calm when yongguk just hugged her* himchan thought but then he looked up and saw you adn himchan sitting up and looking weirdly at him

"what's happening to you?" yongguk asked

"Sorry.. had a weird dream, was running and hit a post and stuffs" himchan touched his head to add up on acting.

"hmmmm, go back to sleep.. we'll be here until alter afternoon" you said and himchan nodded.

"yeah...." his voice trailing away and himchan lied down again.
