"You know... It would be nice if you find a job here..." Mina teased as we both were enjoying a cup of coffee looking at the road from Nayeon unnie's office.
"Yeah?" I asked rolling my eyes
"I mean... You need someone to look after you" Mina said after taking a sip of her drink
"And what about your boss?" I asked with a humorless chuckle
"Sana- That" Mina started her voice having lost that teasing tone.
"No.. Don't worry, I'm not going to make things worse."
"Don't interrupt me! I wasn't going to say that" she huffed. I shrugged and silently looked at the cars moving.
"But what are you going to do? About her?" Mina asked and I let out another humorless chuckles
"I.. I don't know Mina, I really don't. She- she.." I spoke but was interrupted by Nayeon unnie who was back after her fitting.
"Hey guys! Having fun without me eh?" she said as a way of greeting as she sat down beside us
"How was your fitting unnie?" Mina asked her
"Eh.. The normal... Just the others taking my waist, shoulder and some various measurements" she said with a shrug. Mina and I nodded and didn't say anything.
"Sana.. I...." she started after a pause and I turned to her
"I.. I've been meaning to ask you this, but I never got the chance to." she continued biting her lip
"Yeah?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
But the question never came since the doors flung open revealing a fuming Momo.
"What.The.Hell.Is.This?" she yelled slamming a file in front of Nayeon unnie. I flinched at her tone.
"What?" unnie asked
"Really?" Momo scoffed and I exchanged a glance with Mina.
"How could you do this?" Momo yelled glaring at Nayeon unnie.
"You forget Momo... I may be a model but you forget I do have a position in the management and I can do things like this" Nayeon unnie shot back
"Of all the freaking candidates and people you had to choose! Really unnie? The hell I'm agreeing with this. And... And why in the freaking hells did Elaine come to you and not me? She didn't tell me about this crap! And today I come to find a freaking resignation letter and a note saying you told her to not tell me? What the heck do you think you're doing here?! You know nothing. Nothing. So please don't meddle in matters which you know nothing about." Momo spat before storming out of the room.
I looked away while Nayeon unnie clicked her tongue and let out a shaky laugh. She nodded to herself and turned to me.
"So.. The question I wanted to ask" she began and I frowned
