Chapter Fifteen
Worried

Jina looks at her phone and starts to search for the cheapest English classes, but even the cheapest in there are is too much for her. She still doesn’t have the luxury for it. *Should I just learn myself? But having a certificate would be better.*

“So, your annoying seatmate here isn’t here. Can I sit beside you today?” Joon asked smirking. “You know what to give me, right?” he gently pushes Jina’s head with his finger. “You had a new part-time job, right?”

Jina continues to ignore him, turning the page of the book she’s reading before Joon picks it up and throws it at the back of the classroom startling the students inside. They look at Joon and Jina but prefers to ignore the situation.

“I don’t have time for you.” Jina answered. “Why don’t you work and earn for yourself?” She mutters but Joon heard it and quickly grabs her by her hair and pulls it backwards. Jina hisses in pain and holds Joon’s arm. “Let go.”

“What did you say? You want me to work like you? I don’t need to work like you do.” He growls, tightening his grip onto the locks of her hair.

“Then why are you still asking money from me?”

Joon’s eyes widen since this is going to be the first time she talked back to him like that and Jina closes her eyes as Joon raises his hand, ready to slap her when someone kicked the chair he’s sitting, so strong he got startled.

“Baekhyun!” Risa squeals in happiness seeing him.

Baekhyun with his hands inside his pockets, frowning. “I told you not to make any mess with my desk, right?”

Unable to hold back his anger, he lets go of Jina and storms towards Baekhyun grabbing him by his collar and glares at him, Baekhyun unfazed. “You’ve been testing me the past few days.” The students inside started gossiping.

Jina winces and touches the back of her head as it still feels stingy. Baekhyun looks at her, as if checking is she sustained any injury before looking back at Joon.

“Joon! What are you doing? Let go of him!” Risa yells.

Baekhyun grabs onto Joon’s wrist with his uninjured arm and twists for him to let go of the collar of his uniform. Joon whines in pain as Baekhyun continues to grip tightly onto it. “Don’t touch me.” He gritted through his teeth.

“A-Ahh, let go!” Joon screams and Baekhyun only let go of his arm when the homeroom teachers comes inside and tells everyone to settle down. “You’ll see.”
