Midnight Prowling is a home for wolves from all backgrounds. The three packs live side by side, city and forest bordering together to create the land of the wolves.
Midnight Prowling is a semi-lit wolfau that uses an ABO (alpha/beta/omega) ranking system. Any wolf that joins the roleplay will essentially be joining one of three packs
Midnight or Dusk or Dawn
Roles such as Head Alpha, Right-hand man, Healer etc will be available upon joining
these packs and each has their own speciality. The Packs are rival packs - so there is competition between them, however, peace is kept between many members.
Please note all wolves have access to technology and the roleplay is open to both lit and casual roleplaying.
Alphas: The most dominant of the wolves - they experience ruts and can release pheromones for each of their emotions - pheromones are often used to show their
power or to intimidate those around them.
Mate through knotting and biting.
Betas: The most seemingly docile of the wolves. They lack pheromones and only go into mating cycle once every four months after connecting with a partner.
Often seen as the right-hand men to Alphas.
Mate through biting.
Omegas: The most submissive of the wolves. Are seen to be caring and almost motherly - but many Omegas tend to stray from this stereotype. They experience heats and
release sweet smelling pheromones during this time to attract potential mates.

one. Subscribing is a must. upvotes are completely optional but highly appreciated.
two. read through all the information and make sure to check the masterlist before applying.

four. OOc posts belong in the ooc group, anything ooc outside of the group should be posted with brackets () {} []
five. only boys allowed. Three-way relationships are permitted but three-way mating is not. moving couples are accepted. all types of relationships are permitted A/A b/b o/o etc.
six. all types of pregnancies are allowed. pregnancy must be consensual between both parties and discussed with an admin first. password = favourite time of day.
seven. dating ban is 1 week. couples must have been dating 3 weeks before mating can occur. any and all relationships and mating should be reported to the admins.
eight. whilst we highly encourage ic drama, do not let this cross over to OOC. we work on a three strike basis until kick-out.

Midnight pack. = 1
the midnight pack are the oldest amongst the three. They have successfully conquered the largest territory and are known for their elite hunting skills. the pack territory faces out toward the river and they are known for their traditional ways of living.
Head alpha = OPEN
dawn pack. = 2
the second oldest amongst the three. they have the smallest territory but it doesnt mean they should be underestimated. the dawn pack might seem calm, but cross them and theyre quick to snap. their main territory lies above in the caves and mountains, but branches out into the city.

dusk pack. = 1
the youngest pack, born just a hundred years ago when the midnight pack was split. they're violent, brash and brutual. known for taking what they want whenever they want it. their territory faces the opposite side of the river, BUT COVERS THE MAJORITY OF THE CITY - theyre known for being extremely territorial.

Positions
Head Alpha = In control of the entire pack.
Dusk = taken - dawn = taken - midnight = open
second in command = when the alpha is away, they take control. only open to other alphas and betas.
dusk = open - dawn = open - midnight = open
third in command = below head and second, usually oversees the hunters
dusk = open - dawn = open - midnight = open
healers = care for all members in the pack, always on duty (three for each pack)
dusk = 0/3 - dawn = 0/3 - midnight = 1/3
hunters = their duty is to keep the pack fed, but also to fight off any enemies (four for each pack)
dusk = 0/4 - dawn = 0/4 - midnight = 0/4
spiritual leader = a special wolf in each pack with abilities from the spirits - can often talk to the dead and predict the future for the pack.
