"Where is Ms. Lalisa Manoban? I want to talk to her." Jennie demanded to the middle age househelper who opened the gate when she pressed the doorbell and banged the gate contionously. She was outside the mansion owned by the woman she was looking for.

The middle age woman dropped her jaw in shock. "Y-Yeh?"

Jennie couldn't wait any longer to be invited in. She pushed her way through the front door startling the woman. She strode quickly up to the  front door, pulling them open before barging inside. "Where is she? Tell her I want to talk to her."

"J-Jamkkanmanyo, Agasshi!" The servant got back into her senses by what Jennie did and followed her inside, the older woman stood infront of her, blocking the young lady's way. "You can't do this. You can't just go and barge inside the house like that!" she said in panick.

"Okay, Ajumma, you pick." she said with her eyes raging in fire and went to stand right infront of the poor old lady who is backing away from fear. "You will call her or I'm going to make a mess around here?" she said and roam her eyes around then glared back to the househelper.

The older woman blinked and stepped back cowering from fear. "W-What is your name, Agasshi? So I can tell Ma'am Lisa who is looking for her?" she ask the young lady while gulping nervously.

"Jennie. Jennie Kim." she answered coldly.

The old lady hurriedly went out the receiving area and vanished onto the entrance beside the grand staircase. She was left alone standing at the huge and luxurious living room, thinking about all the things that happened to her the moment she flew back here in Korea. She received a very bad news the moment the plane she was riding on touched the airport.

Honestly speaking, she was nervous and scared. Lalisa or most known as Lisa Manoban was among the famous eligible bachelorette in the country. She was, in fact, a shrewd businesswoman, a ruthless one. If only she have another option, she wouldn't be in this place but she has to do this for Jongin. Her body was shaking from fear but she's trying to control it.

She knows that the woman didn't want to see nor meet her, how many times had she called and pleaded to the woman's secretary to make an appointment for her to meet the Chairwoman of LM Co., one of the biggest company in the country. But she always hung up on her. This is the only thing that she can think of.

It didn't take that long before the servant went back and told her what she didn't want to hear. "I'm sorry, Miss, but Ma'am said she's busy and also she didn't have the time to meet you."

"Well, that won't work on me." she said back coldly. "Go back there and tell your employer that I won't come out of this house until she change her mind and talk--"

"And what if I don't want to, Miss Kim?"

The two woman looked at the direction where that deep and very womanly voice came from which cut Jennie's sentence off. She saw the face of the woman that she had only seen on the magazines. Lisa Manoban's cold eyes were glaring daggers at her direction. With the way she looks at her you can already tell what she feels for her--hatred.

She felt a pinch in her heart. Under other circumstances, she would find her very appealing. Every man and woman would find this young lady very attractive, and if someone doesn't then that only mean one thing--he or she is made of stone.

Jennie secretly scolded herself because even if she's angry at her, she can't help but to check her out. Taking a deep breath, she compose herself and look at her in the eyes. "We need to talk, Ms. Manoban."

Lisa glance at the older woman's direction. "I'll take it from here. You can go back to work."

"Yeh, sajangnim." the servant bowed before leaving the two of them.

The woman faced her again. "I repeat, what if I don't want to?" She ask coldly. "Didn't it ever crossed your mind that I have tons of work?"

"If there is someone to blame here about that, it's you Ms. Manoban and not me!" she raised her voice due to irritation. "Maybe if you didn't hang up on my calls repeatedly and ignoring my text messages then we wouldn't be in this situation!"

Lisa frowned. She can't help but to be surprised on the way this woman approach her as there was no one else who dared to talk to her the way she does. She intrigued her.

She look at her from head to toe and realized how pretty she is. Her long black wavy hair looks so soft and smooth making her want to touch and smell it and those feline brown orbs glaring daggers at her which are raging in fire and ready to spit fire at her anytime. The way her eyes stared at her full of anger, she felt her heart beats wildy inside her chest.

So this is Jennie Kim.

"Very well then. Follow me." She walk towards her home office.

Jennie didn't think twice and followed her and readied herself for a possible argument. She had to think of Jongin. This is the reason why she was here at the Manoban's residence.

They went inside in another room. When the door closed behind her, she faced the woman. Lisa casually sat on a leather seat behind the mahogany desk.

"So you're Miss Jennie Kim, the youngest sister of Jongin Kim, am right? If I didn't ask for a background check on that guy I wouldn't know that he has a sister. You've kept a very low profile."

"I've studied in Paris and I decided to live there." she answered while staring back at her. "I've kept a low profile because I prefer it that way."

"Very unusual of you." a sarcastic smile was playing on her lips. "Usually, a woman like us who is an heir to a big company, educated and beautiful mingled in our social circle." she said while playing with her pen.

"I prefer to live a simple life. And may I remind you, I didn't come here to talk about my social preferences."

Lisa wanted to smile but kept a poker face on. She can't get enough of staring at the beautiful woman standing infront of her. It was like she was hypnotized by her. "Very well then, what do you want, Ms. Kim?"

Jennie didn't waste any time and told her the reason why she was here at her house. "I want you to drop the charges you filed against my brother."
