The girls had fun in Everland, They rode all of the rides, entered all the museums, and every single attraction it had to offer. Everland is known for it's night attraction, with amazing fireworks and an astonishing view of either the sea, the city lights or the sky within your preference. The sun is about to set and the girls are already getting ready to ride the Ferris wheel for the sun set.

"So who's partnering up?" Nayeon laughed "Only 3 people can ride this huge Ferris wheel"

"Well then" Dahyun looked around to see who wanted to be with who

"Nayeon? would you ride the Ferris wheel with me?" Jeongyeon asked

"Oh? but I'm already riding it with Jihyo.. Sorry"

"Oh no you're not, I'm riding it with Momo" Jihyo said walking away

"wait? what?"

"Have fun Nayeon" Jihyo laughed "C'mon Momo ride with me"

"Well?" the conductor of the ride asked "We don't have much time miss, are you riding alone?"

Jeongyeon looked over at Nayeon with a downcast gaze "Fine" Nayeon walked over and rode the Ferris wheel with Jeongyeon

"Next" the conductor exclaimed

"uh, Sana..." Tzuyu mumbled walking closer to her but before Sana could hear the latter Dahyun dashed up to Sana "Sana, care to ride with me?" Reaching out her hand for Sana to grab

"oh? okay then!" Sana grabbed Dahyun's hand and rode the Ferris wheel, Tzuyu had an empty stare and walked back quietly

"Next"

"Come on, Momo!" Jihyo and Momo walked over

"Unnie?" Tzuyu raised her hand pressing her lip together in a frim line "can I join you guys?"

"oh? sure! let's go! let's take a lot of photos!" Jihyo exclaimed and rode the Ferris wheel

"Next"

"So, I guess, it's just you and me huh?" Chaeyoung beamed, she reached out her hand for Mina to grab it

"I guess so" Mina held onto her hand gently

"Wow! the scenery looks amazing" Chaeyoung said with flashing eyes and a dimpled smile

"It really is, it's so beautiful" Mina gave a broad grin and her eyes sparkle around the sunset

"You're beautiful..." Chaeyoung glanced sideways, seeing what her reaction would be

"Eh?" Mina tilted her head looking at Chaeyoung

"I said" turning towards Mina ending up in an eye contact "You.. are beautiful"

Mina's gazed focused onto the latter who had her face closer to hers. She pulled back and sat up straight.

"Your jokes are not funny you know"

"It's not a joke" Chaeyoung sat upright with her "I have always been a fond of you.. since Day one" she gently smiled over the horizon of the sunset "The moment I sat beside you in school you were interesting." She smiled over to Mina who was focused on her gazes

"If you wanted something from me, just tell me, I don't have cash! let me give you food then"

"no, I don't want anything from you, I don't need anything in return.."

"then? why are you saying such things?"

"Because I can't lie"

"but you are now"

"Nope...honestly, I wanted to get to know you more you know" Chaeyoung continued to stare over the horizon with the bright orange sky that fills the emotions of the latters "I want to know everything about you, what food you like, what color is your favorite, what you do in your free time, even your favorite Ice cream.. I wanted to be the closest possible to you"

"Why? Why me? my sister is much more attractive than I am"

"that's where you're wrong princess.." Chaeyoung held Mina's hand and stared at it for a few minutes "You.." she slowly caresses her hand "are.." held her hand up as if trying to reach for a star in the sky "beautiful" slowly made her way to close the distance between their hands "to me" their hands intertwined and Chaeyoung gently stared over Mina, her eyes traveled across Mina's face and eyes. Mina's face flushed, and her heart pounded deeply into Chaeyoung's stares.

The latter then leaned closer to Mina, making her fluster even more yet Chaeyoung leaned over to her shoulder instead, relaxed and calmly feeling the ceaseless breeze over their skin while holding hands.

"If only I have the chance to meet you again, I would, If I met you before, I would be sure to never lose a friend like you." Chaeyoung said with her eyes closed, filling herself with tranquility and cherishing the moment they have

"Then, let's get to know each other" Mina exclaimed looking away from the latter onto the dark sky as Chaeyoung widened her eyes and pulled away

"okay then! I am definitely looking forward to it.." Chaeyoung showed a dimpled smile "Minari"

"Minari?" Mina furrowed

"It matches you, why not, It sounds like a name of a princess you know" She whistle about

"I am not a princess!"

"Youre not!" Chaeyoung leaned over stealing a kiss on Mina's cheek as she jolted back due to shock "You're MY Princess...Minari" She said with a big grin on her face

Mina rolled her eyes and smiled but suddenly stared out of the open with a vacant expression "but you know... you really wouldn't like me if you knew who I really was" Mina started to fidget her hand over Chaeyoung's hand

"Now how could I possibly hate a girl like you?" she tilted her head

"Because, I've done things in the past, I've been wrong, and I am a failure"

"hey, don't you dare say that to yourself.. you are the most amazing girl I've ever seen"

"yeah? how could you tell, we don't even know each other that well" Mina laughed

"I don't need to know you that well to say you are a kind and a warm hearted person... seeing you love your sisters more than anything is enough for me to believe you are a good person"

"you cant just say that, you don't know anything about me Chaeyoung" Mina gazed into the distance with a faraway expression

 

"I don't need to.." Chaeyoung reached for her hand "If only you can see, what I see in you"

"but I don't cause I know who I am" She chuckled

"Mina..."

"If only I could tell you, If only I could ask you, Let you know, If only there was a way for you to help me, I would tell you.. But I can't" Mina stares blankly onto the dark violet sky as the sun settled down.

"Are you bringing something heavy onto your chest Mina? You can tell me, I will Listen"

"It's something you, nor anyone else can fix Chaeyoung" She smiled calmly

"Hey! Hey!" Chaeyoung grabbed Mina's shoulders making her look directly onto her "I will be here no matter what, I will remain your friend, and I will never, NEVER EVER Leave you alone even if it means I can't fix anything, I am here to assure you.. you are never alone."

"Chaeyoung!.. We can't really last this façade any longer..." pulled away from Chaeyoung snapping off her arms to let go

"M-Mina.. What are you talking about?"

"I mean, You know this friendship we have wont last forever.. I've lost things.. people.. loved ones before.. you and anyone else wont make a difference."

"It will.. trust me"

"I trust you, But I cant trust myself"

"Then hold on to that trust you have for me, because.."

"because what.. because what Chaeyoung?"

"You're special to me, You're my Roommate, My friend, I cant just leave you like that just because of one mistake"

"it's not JUST ONE mistake Chaeyoung" Mina squinted scattering her hair about "Chaeyoung! you don't understand! You really don't! this is hard for me and my sisters, no one could even help! not even you SON CHAEYOUNG" She slightly raised her voice

"... Mina, calm down" Chaeyoung grabbed the latter and hugged her waiting for her to calm down

"Please Chaeyoung... just.." Mina began to shed tears "Listen to me.. please"

"I am.. I am.."

"Please.. just stop doing what you do because it's not good for me anymore..."

"What do you mean?"

"I am afraid, that I might hurt you, and I can't do anything about it cause you are being this... Nice to me"

"So what?"

"I cant even explain"

"If you cant then it's not a threat" She continued to hug Mina who was shedding tears

Mina pulled back from the latter "Just stop.."

"why?" Chaeyoung looked at Mina with piercing eyes

"Because... I'm --"

Mina's phone rang, she hesitated answering it in front of Chaeyoung

"Go on, it must be important"

Mina still hesitated but the ringing wont stop, she answered the phone without uttering a word and lowered the volume as soon as she can so that Chaeyoung couldn't hear the call

"I understand..." Mina uttered and dropped the call

"Who was it.."

"N-No one, actually, My sisters and I have to go after this ride. I enjoyed every single moment I had with you Chaeyoung... I'll never forget it" Mina smiled faintly with a downcast gaze.

 

"Mina, Is something wrong?"

 

"No, It's just that, It's saddening that we had to go, we didn't even get to see the fireworks yet." Mina chuckled

"Do you really have to go?"
 

"Yes.. I have to"

The ride then ended as they both got down, her sisters were waiting for them "Hey Mina, did you get the call too?" Momo asked

"Yeap"

"Okay then let's go" Sana commanded "bye guys! we'll meet you guys at the dorms later, we.. uh.. just had some errands to run"

"At this time?" Nayeon asked

"Yeah, it's like eight in the evening" Dahyun walking over with confusion

"This is important Dahyun-ah" Sana mumbled

"But, it's already late night. what are you guys going to do at this hour, malls and shops will be closed anyway" Tzuyu added

"h-how about we drop yo --" just before Chaeyoung finishes her sentence Sana butted in "No" she said with piercing eyes over the dark streets "we can handle it ourselves"

"S-Sana?" Dahyun and Tzuyu mumbled and looked at each other as they realized they both said her name at the same time

"I-it's just something WE needed to handle on our own.. I hope you understand" Momo beamed

"O-okay.." Dahyun said as she tries to reach over Sana

"let's go unnie" Mina pulled her sister who seemed to be looking down in a blank state. "We'll be back soon okay, we'll see you at the dorms tonight" she added

The girls watched Momo, Sana and Mina leave, but Nayeon noticed something about Momo. She had her hand behind the whole time. she was making a signal crossing her middle and ring finger into a W sign hoping one of them would notice.

"..B-bye" Chaeyoung waved with a blank stare, and Mina noticed the latter's sadness in her eyes. She then went running back to Chaeyoung, hugging her "Thank you for today, I had fun" Mina hugged tightly with a smile. She gently pulled back and began running back to her sisters "I'tll just be a few minutes okay? I'll see you later at the dorm Chaeyoungie!" she waved while running

"O-okay..." Chaeyoung waved and sigh

Just as the gang were watching the girls run away Nayeon squinted and thought something was fishy.

"Chaeyoung, what was the call" Nayeon asked

"I dont know, I didn't hear it, all she said was 'I understand'"

"Same with Momo too, that's all she said, she said 'okay'" Jihyo stated

"Well Sana just answered, and dropped the call in an instant tho" Dahyun added

Nayeon hummed "I may be stupid, but I am definitely sure, this has something to do with that Dark figure" The girls gathered up in circle to discuss the scenario "Momo.. she did this." Nayeon showed the sign.

"wait, that's.." Jihyo widened her eyes

"Yeah, an ORS code.. Somethings coming down tonight.. we need to get ready." Nayeon stated "Jihyo put up a frequency barrier, Im calling HQ"

Jihyo nodded, and barred the frequency process. "ORS, I need you to stay near MiSaMo, something's going on tonight. I repeat, observe MiSaMo" Nayeon commanded

The girls had been trying work about the situation, Until Tzuyu had been observing the area of Everland itself. She saw a tall dark figure standing by the tree as he slightly moved his head holding onto his ear because of Jihyo's Frequency barrier. She figured not to make any sudden movements to catch their attention.

"Unnie" Tzuyu whispered to the group. "We're being followed."

"Where?" Nayeon with glint eyes "do not point just whisper"

"Wait... I see sound waves trying to bypass our network" Jihyo stated looking over to her watch

"What?!" Nayeon acted quick and pulled the girls to ride the pirate ship

"Wait unnie" Dahyun said "I-I cant"

"Well, perk up, we are going on a ride! Jihyo! Activate the barrier" Nayeon pulled in Dahyun. Dahyun fell over Chaeyoung.

"C-Chaeyoung"

"Dont worry Unnie, this ride will be fast" she chuckled

The ride started, but Nayeon and Jihyo were focused on their tech.

"Jihyo, check for wave trackers or something, Heat signatures where the frequency is coming from?" Nayeon commanded

"We got the wave signals trying to jam our system, someone has been listening to us the whole time we were here" Jihyo stated "Damn it! I should have the barrier earlier!"

"What?" Chaeyoung jolted "Let me see that" Jihyo's watch revealed a single red dot where the frequency lines is coming from and it was positioned in the front of thier ride "He is in front of us.. but I cant see him"

"Of course, he got that cloaking device, why didnt I think of that" Jihyo face palmed and began working on the sound waves on her phone

"Barrier needs to be out in 5 mins, we need a plan, for now he still can't hear us but I don't know how fast he could hack into my system.." Jihyo exclaimed

Dahyun seemed to be out like a light with her eyes closed and couldn't concentrate to what ever is happening

"Unnie, how bout we try and capture him? And get answers" Tzuyu suggested

"Yah! Let me at em" Jeongyeon said fiercely

"Wait, We need a plan, we don't know yet who we are dealing with.." Nayeon squinted and looked around for an exit passage "The park, I got an Idea, Jihyo, Point a detour to our tracker, I know he has one on us"

"Got it, yeah, he does have one.. what?.." Jihyo widened her eyes

"What is it? We dont have much time!" Nayeon commanded.

"He only has one tracker of us.."

"Only One? There's six of us!"

"Yeah, just one.. see" Jihyo revealed just one dot of heat signature from the tracker he has been tracking.

"Wait, the track.. It leads to.." Nayeon widened her eyes to see the tracking position, as she looked at Chaeyoung with a laser pointed onto her forehead "CHAEYOUNG!!" A gun shot was released but she immediately pulled Chaeyoung down and hid her from the shot.

The ride stopped and everyone ran out panicking.

"Jihyo! Exit status" Nayeon commanded as they began to run together with the crowd

"This way to the park" Jihyo leaded and everyone followed the trail running Another gun shot was fired but barely missed Chaeyoung as they continue running.

"In here" Jihyo walked through the bushes squeezing herself between trees "hurry" the girls followed and gun shots continued but still missed the shot

"Where should we go" Jeongyeon stated panicking
"That guy was trying to kill us!!!" Dahyun added "HE! WAS TRYING... TO KILL US!!!"
"He wants Chaeyoung" Tzuyu added

"And he'll get Chaeyoung..." Nayeon squinted

"Wait what?" Chaeyoung panicked and her eyes widen

"Trust me, stay as bait, You three come with me" Nayeon commanded

"Here, we'll connect through here" Jihyo handed chaeyoung an ear piece. "Whatever you do, don't move"

""Unnie he's here" Tzuyu whispered

Chaeyoung was left in the dark side of the park surrounded with bushes and trees. People barely pass the park since there is not much of an attraction near the area. Chaeyoung stealthily slipped in a four heavy knuckle ring which she usually brings incase of emergencies. Finally, a dark figure finally revealed himself to Chaeyoung, his face was barely seen and he hasn't uttered a word. He walked towards her, step by step by step. Right before he reaches Chaeyoung he pointed the gun on Chaeyoung's head while she was turning her back on him

"Now!"

Nayeon and Jeongyeon jumped over the guy's back from the trees, hitting him with a large branch. Dahyun and Tzuyu pulled vines from the floor causing him to slip. As the guy slipped in midway of the landing Chaeyoung jumped over him to give him a good Jump punch. But to their surprise the punch was heavy because of the brass knuckle rings she wore which revealed a giant hole on the dark figure's face. Revealing circuits and electrical wires.

"A.-A. Robot?" Chaeyoung mumbled titling her head and furrowed her brows

"W-What? That doesn't make any sense" Nayeon furrowed her eyebrows

"W-Why is he a robot, w-why is a robot trying t-to kill you?!" Jeongyeon flared and her hands were shaking as she points to Chaeyoung

"Jihyo! STATUS" Nayeon commanded

"It's appears to be a remote homing machine, It's not an A.I but the designs are fit for just destruction." Jihyo explained

"I don't see anything destructive, but the body is a machine in a silicon coating" Dahyun added

They tore the shirt of the robot revealing the silicon coating, "an actuator, articulated Manipulator, a contact sensor, semi conductor..." Dahyun mumbled every single parts excitingly, her heart pounding with both excitement and fear

"Wait.. this is.." Jihyo paused, her heart raced faster.

"What.. What is it" Tzuyu tilted her head with confusion

Jihyo stood up, and was carrying a robot part which was destroyed by Chaeyoung when she punched it. Dahyun saw what she was carrying. A small circular unit that was cut in half.

"No.. way.." Dahyun mumbled

"What! what is it?" Nayeon squinted

"This robot.. It's not here for a mission.." Dahyun stated

"It's here.. to be delivered.." Jihyo added
