Onew's POV : 

I woke up next morning .. And took a shower, ate my breakfast ... And finally i went to work ! 

 

I'm the first, as usual! I don't know why Yuri is always late .. 

Anyway ... 

I took the check i wrote for her .. And put it on her desk ! She will be happy ...

 

A 15 minutes passed... And a 30 minutes.. Until now Yuri's not here !! 

I tried to call her but i've got a messege.. 

 

[ Onew .. I can't work today! My dad situation getting worst, so he have to do the surgery, and i have to be around him ... Mianhae ] 

 

Oh my god .. 

She's really doing her best ! 

i decided to end the files and the papers as fast as i can.. And go to her...!

 

After i finally done .. I went to see my boss to take his Permission to go to the hospital ...! 

He accepted that ... And i texted Yuri to tell me which hospital is it .. 

And she texted me back with the name of it .... 

 

I went there .. And i tried to find her ..

And yup! I finally found her ..! 

She looked really pale. I guess she didn't eat anything sinece yesterday ! 

 

I went to her .. 

" Yuri-ah ... You ok? " I asked her. 

 

"nae ... If i just can give him my heart" she said with a sad tone, i know that she wanted to cry ... 

So i hugged her, and put my chin on her shoulders, and tapped on her back ... Just to comfort her, that's why the friends exist ... Right ?

 

As i accepted... While i'm hugging her.. She cried ! 

 

"don't hide your tears again, if you want to cry! Just cry, don't make your heart getting full of pain " i said. 

Then i broke the hug, i saw her puffy teary eyes... And her pale face ! 

 

" you're dad is going to be ok! Don't worry ... And don't do this to yourself, it's so not good, you should eat to be healthy !" i said. 

 

"sorry *sobs* i *cries* i lose my appetite" she said while crying. 

 

I pulled her hand and went to the cafeteria ....

I ordered 2 sandwiches.. With an orange juice .... 

I gave her a one but she didn't take it ! 

 

"i'm not hungry.. I'm totally fine, you don't have to pretend that you care about me ! I didn't even tell you to do" she yelled to me ... 

 

My smile disapear, i put my hand on the table!

I was just looking at her .. Don't know what to say...

I've been silence for a while, and then i said.....

 

"Thanks a lot Kwon Yuri ... thank you! 

So ... I was pretend huh?! 

I leaved my work to come to you ... I was pretend !! Thanks a lot ..." 

Then i put the sadwiches and went ...  i felt angry and sad at the same time ! 

All what i was trying to do is to comfort her ... Nothing else !

 

"Onew .. Wait ... I didn't mean that" she said ...

 

But i just kept walking ... 

I went to my home ..!

In my room, on my bed .... 

I lied on it ... My face is buried on the pillow! I still on that position like a 5 minutes... 

Then i took my phone to see if she called me or not ! But ... No !! She didn't .. 

 

Maybe she forgot her phone?

Or maybe the battery was low ? 

Or maybe .... Uhmmmm ! 

 

..............WAKE UP ONEW!!!!!!!

WHY ARE YOU CARING ABOUT HER THAT MUCH??! 

YOU DON'T CARE IF SHE CALL YOU OR NOT !

YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF !!!

 

i just tried to relax myself, then i lied on my back, and tried to sleep ..

With my work clothes and my shoes and everything ... 

 

I slept only hour and a half , then i woke up! 

I was worried about Yuri ...

 

Onew ! Stop it, she don't deserve worring on her ...

I took a look on my phone .. And there was a new messege ! 

I quickly opened it ... It was from her !! 

 

"Onew, i'm sorry about what i said to you.. I really didn't mean it , i'm so sorry" 

 

I smiled, and my heart was beating ... 

And i ..... Wait !!!!! Why does my heart beating ??! 

WHAT WAS THAT ? 

Noooo ... It's not a love !!!! 

She's.... Just a friend and an officemate .. No more no less ! 

 

But ... What if it was really love ?

No nooo! It can't be ... 

She's .... She's Seohyun BF ! Why did i fell in love with her friend ? 

 

Aaaaaaaahhhhh! I hate that feeling ! 

I really hate it when i feel something i don't know what is it!

 

Should i call her ? But it'll be weird to call her with no reason! 

Uhhhmmmm .. Oh yes !! I'll ask her how is her dad! Yeah ...

 

I opened my phone to call her .. But the phone suddenly rang.. And it was Yuri, my finger immadiatly tapped on (answer) ... 

 

"hello ..." i said. 

 

" Onew-ah.. The surgery is success ! My dad is totally fine " she said in a happy tone. 

 

I smiled ... 

" thank god... Did you paid for the surgery ?" i asked her. 

 

"no but i will.. Don't wory i have enough money .." she answered. 

 

" i know that you have.. But i promised you .. I'll come now, and i'll pay for the surgery.. And give you the check " 

 

" no it's ok .. I .... I can handle it ! "

 

" i'll pay, and i'll give the check... I'm not like other guys . I'm giving this to you as a gift "

 

" i know .. But this is too much .. If i take it now, it'll take too long time to give it back to you ..." 

 

"you don't have to give it back to me .. That's why people call it a gift ... And i did this is to make you forget your concern and delete it from your life "

 

She were silent .... 

 

" ok... I'll come now .. See you there " 

 

I hung up the phone .. And jumpped off the bed, fix my hair .. And went!
