Hongseok knew, he was smart enough, it's true that he has just started his career as a doctor but he knew, Changgu was badly hurt, and he was doing a great job hiding it. Hongseok bit his lip as he was thinking deeply when Hui dropped next to him

"It's crazy today, is there's a carnival in town?" Hui asked and Hongseok just said "No" plainly with no emotions 

"Ok care to tell me what's going on?" Hongseok sighed "I don't know I guess I don't feel very well"

"Talk to me Hong" Hui was caring, he cared about people in his life and he surely cared about Hongseok and he knew how special he was and he wanted to be there for him just like he was there for him countless times

"I see people hurting, dying every single day and I do my best to help, it's a new feeling and it's great but sometimes no matter how much effort you do, it never works and you wish you could do more ... somebody died today while I was watching, there was nothing I could do, I wish there was but there wasn't"

Hui was shocked by the boy's words "Oh Hongseok I'm so sorry" he said Hongseok shook his head "All I want to do is to help people" 

"Yes but you can't stop that, you can't stop death Hongseok!"

"I-I know I just ..."

"And you're still an intern they shouldn't have let you deal with this in the first place, I'm sorry" 

"I want to help people and I want to prevent bad things from happening to them I really want to ..." Hongseok stoped and his eyes fell on Changgu from across the venue "I want to help him" Hui tunred around, Changgu was serving food to the customers "He's in pain, I know he is"

"Hongseok!" Hui whispered calling the younger who seemed to be dramatically still in shock and curious about Changgu

"Let me help him" Hongseok pleaded to his hyung "If he just talks to me I know I can help him before it gets worse" 

Hui smiled and sqeezed Hongseok's shoulder "I know you can, if you get him to talk to you than go for it ... but I just need you to clear your head first, why don't you go home early tonight, take a shower and have some rest" 

"I don't want to, I want to stay Hyung, let me stay" Hongseok pleaded he
