“You know, I can’t actually name a movie where they have a picnic like this,” Baekhyun notes with a chuckle. The wind tousles his hair and the tree leaves rustle above us, sounding like they’re laughing along with him. I smile.
“Me neither. I guess we’ll have to binge until we find one.”
“I guess we will.”
“Do you remember our wedding?”
“Would it be possible to forget?”
“I’m glad my mom came.”
“Me too.”
“I should really start teaching you how to cook.” I cough, waving out the smoke that insists on lingering above the sizzling stovetop.
“I’ll just stick with midnight ramyeon duty until then,” Baekhyun concedes over his pinched nose.
“Do you want to visit your hometown?”
“...Yeah.”
“Jongin-oppa’s girlfriend is awesome,” I comment when we get home from another evening with our friends. “He looks like he’d drop dead for her.”
