est. 01082018Background — RP Counselor is a fanbade based that offer helps for other roleplayers all over the world as an advisor, supporter, or simply a listener. People decide to join this RPw for many reasons. But one thing for sure, they are looking for fun and joy. Even so, sometimes things happen, and surely ruin the fun; All the problems and issues can also occur in this world. And sadly enough, there are a lot of people who think that it's immature to play with your feelings when you're in the world. The fact is, even though we're not using our own identity, it's still our real feelings that involved. All the happiness, laugh, sad, heartbroken, it's still there.
Just like what we usually do in our RL, we try to seek someone who can listen to us without judging us. We're lucky enough to have that someone, but we know that there are still a lot of people who are not as lucky as we are and feel shy or embarrassed to share their problems.
How We Work — This base will give a chance for everyone to submit their story anonymously through CuriousCat or drop themselves through our DM with their identity kept in secret / share it anonymously. They can get personal encouragement, advice, or simply just a companion to listen. Even though our base is on twitter, everyone from other platforms can use this service for free.
Currently the base is only accepting english as submission. But as we're trying to expand our base, we'll start to accept other languages such as Bahasa, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog. For this to happen, we need MORE PEOPLE TO JOIN US TO BE IN CHARGE FOR THESE ROLE (refer to the next session for how to join us).
The Base & The Team — This base established on August 1st 2018. It's considered new, but we're slowly growing. We've recieved more than 70 submissions on our 100th day, and hopefully we'll be able to reach more people out there and help more people out. We also do other things in our base such as posting positive quotes, make a few threads such as "wallpaper for your self-reminder", "motivation box" as well as event such as "Secret Santa" that currently ongoing.
For this, we need a big team that could accomodate the base. We're in need for MORE PEOPLE to join the family. You don't have to worry that you won't be able to do a great job as a counselor, as the founder will give you a training before you start. Not just as a counselor, there are other positions that available as well.
