New Rules, theme, and bg.

This is just a really simple update, they'll be longer in the future. Contacting me can be tricky, but the best way to do so is by my tumblr or livejournal. I am not on twitter all the time and aff, I don't even visit daily unless I am updating stories or reading them.  If you have any other way of contact that you think I have than just comment down there explaining to me what it is and I'll tell you if I have it or not.
