Foreword
Hyukee and I almost always spend our New Year in Mokpo, just to watch this beautiful sunrise along the east ocean.
“Hae, are you sure you will love me forever?” Hyukjae asked, giggling, as he peered his twinkling eyes on me while I playfully hugged him and swayed our bodies together, enjoying the cool warmth of the New Year sunrise overlooking the sea on our 15th year as best friends, and 7th year as lovers.
“I’ve lasted this long, haven’t I?” I replied with a sheepish grin, playfully wiggling my eyebrows.
“You won’t get tired of me?” He asked, muffling his voice against my scarf.
“Nah, you won’t get rid of me that easily.” I answered, shaking my head like a puppy, placing a kiss on his forehead. “Wait, are you tired of me?!” I asked, looking scandalize.
“I will be if you won’t stop being cheesy and cringe-y.” He replied chuckling heartily, as he nuzzled his face against my shoulder and look over the beautiful orange view in front of us, strong waves splashing strongly against the cliff.
“You secretly love it though.” I replied, leaning my cheek against his head as I looked at the view before us with content.
“No I don’t!”
“Oh yes, you do!”
