It all started with a piece of ordinary looking piano sheet.

Kwon Nara, known for her I-don’t-care-whether-it-kills-the-cat-or-not-curiosity, reached out a hand and pulled out the grimy looking pieces of paper stuck to the back of the dusty cupboard in the attic of the arts school. The attic, by right, was out of bounds for any sort of student or staff, and there were many ghost stories passed down from senior to junior about ‘The Scary School Attic’.

What’s there to be so scary about? Nara smirked as she stared at the music sheets in her hand. The ink was fading, but the notes on the lines were still pretty legible. “It looks handwritten,” Nara mumbled to herself as she unconsciously walked towards the grand piano sitting right smack in the middle of the attic.

Why would anyone put a grand piano there?

She carefully arranged the papers on the part where it sticks out a little, for you to put your music sheets on the piano and sat down on the black chair. Placing her fingers gently onto the cool, white keys, Kwon Nara started playing the piano.

What she didn’t realize was the music sheet had no end.
