Storyline:

Han Chae Hee (Jang Na Ra) thought that she would die alone when she chose to hide her illness and forced her ex-husband, Kang Soo Hyuk (Jang Hyuk) to leave her 3 years ago.

Unknown to her, Soo Hyuk had been trying his best to find a cure for her, even if it meant that he had to meddle with time to save Chae Hee. Unfortunately, awful things happen to those who meddle with time, Soo Hyuk's death was the price to pay.

However, Destiny and Fate had another plan instead.

They sent memories of Chae Hee and Soo Hyuk's past lives to her.
