Chapter 3 Taeyeon opened her eyes, thanks to her body clock, she was used to waking up at dawn, well technically, as a servant she doesn't get to sleep in unless when she was ill. And even though right now the comfort and warmth of the body beside her and the blanket she was wrapped in, felt irresistible and wanted to sleep some more, she kind of knew it won't be possible. A smile formed at her lips as remembers vividly the things that occurred between herself and the queen the night before, every single kiss, every single touch, every moan and cries, Taeyeon was sure it wasn't a dream, it was real that she was wanted and touched by the queen, it was real that she also touched the queen, it was real that they made love on the queen's majestic bed. She had wanted to move to get up and sneak her way back to her regular chambers but an arm was draped over her exposed waist, preventing any movement, holding her protectively and that arm belonged to the one and only Sooyeon, the queen. There were tingles bursting around her body at the realization and she started to squirm around to get away from the electrifying feeling! “What are you doing?” a low, almost soundless voice asked amused. Taeyeon looked up meeting the queen's eyes that were open and beaming with love. ”I-I want to get up now, my queen it's time for me to prepare your morning meal.” Taeyeon answered exhaustedly. ”Stay a bit longer, don't you know it is still very early and dark outside for that?” ”It's never too early for us, this is the right time to awoke by servants.” ”But, you're worn out, and I believe sore, I would like to bath you first, before you go.” ”No, Mama I can take care of myself, how can you the queen bath me? When I'm suppose to be the one to.” ”I want to do it for you, I deflowered you, it is only right if I take care of you.” ”But you're the queen.” Taeyeon reasoned. ”No, I'm your lover.” The queen said rendering the maid speechless. ~~~ When Sooyeon and Taeyeon had awoken again, they made love one more time, the same muted pleas and damp kisses bringing them both to ecstasy over and over. Sooyeon didn't want to stop but the palace is beginning to come to life again and as wilfully oblivious as everyone seemed to be of their queen's new relationship with her chief cook, not even her court servants could fail to notice their queen lounging in bed with chief cook lapping at her nethers. Though, Sooyeon thought as she glanced again at her lover's face, if anyone finds out what Taeyeon could do, perhaps they'd try to take her for themselves. And Sooyeon already knew nothing of the sort would ever happen to her precious lover, Taeyeon is hers in this life and the next and the next, in short in every life. ~~ Later, when Taeyeon returned to feed her queen, the dazzling young maid caught her lover's eyes, and this time the words between them were unmistakeable to both parties. They smothered their smiles as the queen instructed for them to be left alone. "I'm so excited to think of us together," Sooyeon mused. "I shall pounce on you in doorways and sneak kisses behind the screens. I will drag you into a safe space and whisper dirty things in your ear. Of course, no one will ever know for sure, but I don't mind what they suspect, I love the thrills so I will keep you near me always." Taeyeon smiled shyly. "I don't think you can do all that, considering you are always with your guards." "I can because I'm the queen, I can have them leave anytime I want." "Of course, your majesty." Taeyeon curtsied playfully and Sooyeon whacked her lover with a pillow. ~~ Days had passed, since the queen started her intense affair with her servant, from the very beginning the queen had loved her wildly, recklessly, and that edge of desperation prevented her from staying away from the maid, they're always together, be it in her chambers or the secret cottage they usually meet for their sessions, since they started, the queen couldn't seem to get enough of her maid, even the king has noticed his queen has been distant. She doesn't sought him much, he has lost counts of disappointed and rejected meetings with her, the queen; even though she was forced upon him at the beginning, the king learned to love her dearly, gradually as time goes by the two feel in love or so he thought, they had multiple amazing love making and as the result she was able to produce him an heir and since then life has been wonderful, the king decided he doesn't even need a concubine since his wife has proved herself worthy, but these days she seemed distracted and he doesn't know why, so he'd decided to send for her. ”Joena!” The queen greeted her husband with a deep bow. ”Sooyeon-ah,” he said as he watched her finds herself a place by his side. ”You asked to see me?” She asked quietly. ”Yes, my queen, I'm sorry I was busy with matters of the court that I lost the track of time to seek for you, have you been doing great?” ”Yes jeona, I've been nothing but good.” ”I see that Jungmin's still haven't returned from Yuan yet, but you looked rosier than ever, is there good news that I don't know about?” ”Nothing, my king,” she chuckled ”life is only nothing but good, our peaceful kingdom, the emperor's (her father, the great emperor of Yuan) new conquest achievement of the Mongol empire and gifting us some part, my son growing up to be a great ruler are signs of my excitement,” 'and of course meeting her.' The last part was said in the queen's mind. ”Oh, I see and these calls for a celebration, I'll call a banquet these evening for the happiness of my queen to prosper.” the king offered. ”Jeona, that is not really necessary.” ”I insist, my queen, if my queen is happy, the nation deserves to be a part of it, Minsuk-ah." he called to the man standing beside him. "See to it that the whole town is invited for the banquet.” The king ordered his head eunuch that is there forever in dept of serving the king for as long as he lives. ”Yes, Jeona.” The eunuch immediately responded, as well as giving orders of the king to the administrative responsible. While the king stood to kiss
