Description

Sometimes, Kyuhyun makes bad life choices--like accompanying Jungsoo into some "adventure" in a remote dangerous island, or like trying to fish for food but accidentally hauling a merman flinging his scaly body onto his tiny fishing boat in a desperate attempt to escape a shark.

 

(But Kyuhyun may or may not make good life choices when he actually stopped screaming his head off and started talking with the merman, because who knew it would lead to realities he only thought existed in fantasies?)

Hello everyone!

 

So before y'all skin me alive for disappearing for two years and leaving most of my stories incomplete, let me first explain and apologize?

To be very honest, I lost all the motivation to write when Ryeowook enlisted, more so when Kyuhyun followed, so I wasn't able to force myself to write anything. I know this explanation is not enough and will never be, so I don't expect any of you to forgive me for leaving you hanging for two years waiting for an update.

(In another note, let's be honest, some of the KyuWook stans stopped reading fics too so ;A; )

 

Anyway, I know this is too much of me to ask but:

Prove to me that KyuWook readers still exist, and I'll prove that KyuWook authors still are here wanting to create more magical wonderful worlds where Kyuhyun and Ryeowook are being given all the love and appreciation they truly deserve.

 

Enjoooooy~ Fantasy genre isn't really my forte but I did my best lol <3

Still. KyuWook's shipper still exists. I still listen to their music, mix their songs, watch their moments every day and always look for their fanfics. Hope you will continue to write.

Chapter 1: This is a great story, thank you very much to write this. Because i know that feeling, when ryeowook and kyuhyun enlisted, me too, i can't bring myself to write nor read kyuwook fics either >< but i'm glad ryeowook will be back in few days, even though we need to wait for kyuhyun until next year. I think i will probably eat my fav food and happily writing and reading about kyuwook again XD (ps: i started to read again bcs of kyuwook photo on suju official instagram that telling us ryeowook will have a fan meeting, i'm so happy~)

Chapter 1: I'm really happy that you posted again after such a long time coz I like how you write KyuWook fics. They're always fun and entertaining just like this story ^_^ I think it's understandable that KyuWook authors as well as readers might not be as active as before. But maybe I'm being more forgiving coz I have not really waited as long as other KW stans since i only discovered them after they've already enlisted like latter part of 2017 only. It's really sad coz i didn't get to witness their story unfold real time. Being a late stan the cons outweighs the pros but it does have its advantages like having tons of old KW vids and fics to watch/read while waiting for their discharge. I don't know myself why they became my OTP coz i don't ship people like this before. It just happened and just my luck to ship people who are in military service.
I'm just happy for any tidbits of update we get for KyuWook so I'm happy that Wookie was kind enough to mention Kyu in his letters and that they still call and that they met up. I've already given up hope of any KW update from Kyu so imagine my happiness when I saw his Weibo update with their selca.
Now, it's almost D-day for Wookie and soon Kyu. I'm lowkey hoping for KyuWook action on his discharge day but I don't wanna get my expectations up so high since KyuWook (esp Kyu) seems to be the ninja type LOL What I actually really want later is a confirmation that Wookie will stay on their dorm together with Kyu ;)
I'm so sorry if this went too long. At first I was just sad with your comment regarding losing motivation and i just wanna let you know that even if some KW stans might be on hiatus (it's too sad to think they've completely stopped but i guess there is that reality) there are also new converts/recruits/believers/crazies (??? LOL) who are wishing the best for these two and dreaming of the day when we see them reunite. Then I got excited thinking about Wookie's discharge LOL Ok. Need to stop now. Hope for more updates from you soon! :)
