“I don’t really know how to express this in any other way. It’s really hard for me to vocalize any feelings I ever have and telling you in person the way that I feel about you would be so difficult. I’m saying it this way. We haven’t known each other long. Maybe a year?? It’s been the best year of my life. I’ve fallen so in love with you. I know you probably don’t feel the same but I need to get this off of my chest or it will tear me apart. I’ve fantasized about holding your hand and taking you on dates that you’ll remember for the longest time. I think about all of the ways I wish that I could make you smile. I really love you, Taemin. I wish i could tell you.”

“That’s it? That’s the whole letter?” Jonghyun leaned against the locker beside Taemin’s. He clutched the straps of his backpack.

“Yeah that’s everything. Isn’t it sweet?” Taemin was beaming. Someone loved him? How crazy.
