  The thought keep bugging Si Jin all the way. He is heading towards the cafeteria after receiving a message from Jo Seok that Jae Yeol and him are waiting over there. They just finished meeting with their individual final year project's supervisor, which happened to be the same lecturer. Si Jin, on the other hand, didn't have a meeting with his supervisor on that day cause he already had one several days before, so instead he decided to look up for the reference book that his supervisor recommended for him as his initial background reading. The rest of the story, well.... without a doubt it was an unpleasant one solely due to the girl that he met before..   "I'm sorry but I'm kind of in the middle doing something, if you don't mind...", surprisingly the particular words of hers keep resounding in his mind. It was the longest reply uttered to him, yet ironically affected him in the most adverse way... thinking about it, has he ever been feeling as if rejected in this kind of way before?! He has met with polite girls who responded in straight manners, those who are shy but willing to have a conversation regardless, and the extreme one that are... hmmm, let's just say that they are being extremely extrovert in their approaches. He hopes it is not a karma treating him this way cause after all, he only has a genuine intention at heart to make new friends, especially to the Korean people that he met in this foreign land along the way.   In the end, he knows he only got himself to blame. What was he thinking, keep talking to someone who clearly didn't show any interest in the beginning?! He is definitely not a silly person, nor is he oblivious to the hints all along..... it just that... as if his heart has its own brain and won't listen to his own head that said " Stop asking! There wasn't many students nor lecturers having a meal at the moment so it is fairly easy to spot his friends sitting around one of the table on the right hand side of the room. Both of them have their backs almost leaning to the wall, having time on their own browsing something in their respective phones, unaware of his presence in the beginning.   Si Jin takes a seat next to Jae Yeol and both guys, who have been waiting for the former, look up to him.   "What's been taking you so long?" Jo Seok asked.   "Sorry guys, I just came from the central library. Ours don't have anymore copies of the book that Prof. Neville asked me to look for."   "Huh, not a single copy? Must have been a hot topic nowadays. Anyway, you wanna grab something to eat first before we go? We already had ours."
