Sulli came rushing to the hospital. Her legs almost gave way as she ran along the hallway. His mother: Oh Sulli my dear *crying almost hysterically as soon as she saw Sulli* Sulli reached out for the woman who had her face wet with tears and as white as a sheet. Sulli: *tear brim in her eyes* How is he auntie? The woman shook her head as she was unable to speak. Sulli understood, she gathered her into a hug and started whispering the incoherent comfort. After few hours of anxious waiting, finally doctor came out from the emergency room and both women rushed towards him, hoping god to save him. Sulli held his mother's hands tightly as she could feel the coldness of her trembling palms. Sulli was terrified herself and most of all dreading to hear any news she wish not to hear. Doctor: I'm very sorry but we tried our best madam. His brain is severely damaged. It stopped working as soon as his head was hit by the accident. His mother: W-what does it mean? Sulli: Are you saying *voice shaken and fresh tear roll down her cheek* his brain is dead? Doctor: *sigh and nod* We had done all the operate on him and we only able to keep his heart beating but *he paused to very careful choose word to deliver the explanation* it's no use. If one's brain function is not working, they'll not be able to survive. His mother fell on the ground and weeped harder, chanting her son's name miserably. While Sulli was standing there trying to sink in the terrified news but it didn't make any good out of that for her to absorb the whole tragedy. Few hours ago he was just so fine, cheerful, lively and cheesy. And she could still perfectly recall how he mumbled 'I love you' when he dropped her off at home. His eyes danced with happiness when they kissed a goodbye. She had no idea that it was gonna be their last farewell. Disbelieving, Sulli felt very dreadful. The news that her fiance was dying and the doctor couldn't save him sent chill down to her spin. His heart might be beating inside the operation room but that was all the machines that helped him. He was gone. The love of her life had already gone. No, this wasn't happening. A wave of denial everything washed over her. ♡ ♡ ♡ Minho opened his eyes, blinking very slowly to adjust to the place he was in. He was confused at first but the sound of the machine pumping next to his ears and his nose was sensing with the disinfectant smell making him him realize where he was. A bitter smile formed on his pale lips. That's why the squares was very familiar. Here he was again in the hospital, his very second home. How long had he passed out this time?! Probably forty hours or even more, he cares less to want to know, though. Mrs. Choi: Minho… Minho: *turn to his right side* Mom. Mrs. Choi: *smile* Great, you are finally awake. How is your feeling my dear? Minho knew saying he's fine was far from what its true. He wasn't okay. Twenty years of having a failure of heart was not okay at all. Minho: Gross but fascinated after all because I'm still alive. Mrs. Choi: Oh son, please don't say that. We'll find a donor. Minho didn't say anything. It was easy to say. He needed a heart transplant and yes it wasn't any heart that put up on sale like groceries on the market or even stuffs on internet but a heart of human, it has to take from someone who's willing to donate and it must match hi
