** JENNIE'S POV **

 

 

" What do you want to know from me then? " Lisa asked

 

 

 

" Huh? "

 

 

" You asked me to talk, Stupid " Lisa mocked 

 

 

 

I slap her arms and told her not to call me stupid. 

 

 

 

" I'm being nice here, Jennie Kim " she rolled her eyes and sighed

 

 

 

Hmmm.

 

 

 

I don't know but i have lots of questions about her. 

 

 

 

How we end up like this.

 

 

 

How we end up being competitor.

 

 

 

How we end up hating each other. 

 

 

 

How we ended uo meeting like that and hated each other ever since. 

 

 

 

But all i asked was.

 

 

 

 

" How are you? "

 

 

 

Then Lisa look at me with an UNBELIEVABLE look and laughed.

 

 

 

" Is that all you want to ask me? " she laughed.

 

 

 

" Just answer! " i slapped her arm once again 

 

 

 

" Okay okay, chill bro " Lisa smiled

 

 

 

 

" I'm good but i have worries too, so let's say i am somehow having thoughts of something. How ablut you? " 

 

 

 

" You have worries? " i asked

 

 

 

She nodded.

 

 

 

" Wow daebak, a human person like you have worries too? That's amazing " 

 

 

 

She just rolled her eyes that made me laugh.

 

 

 

" I'm not like you rufus, my family is somehow not that rich like you princess " 

 

 

 

" Who says i don't have worries? " i said

 

 

 

" Tell me then " 

 

 

 

Lisa looked at me and i know that her eyes are on me. 

 

 

 

She was ready to listen. 

 

 

 

" Well, i'm trying to be the best of me but it wasn't enough for my dad " i said

 

 

 

" Why not? " she asked

 

 

 

I don't know if i should tell her this cause i'll be spilling myself of not getting the top of the students and my dad is not happy with it. 

 

 

 

" Tell me, Jennie. My ears are all yours " 

 

 

 

When i look at Lisa, she was all soft and she really is listening to my worries. 

 

 

 

" It actually involves our competition " i lowered my head and shy about it. 

 

 

 

" Tell me more " she said

 

 

 

And once i look at her again. 

 

 

 

I love her sincerity. 

 

 

I love how she wants to hear more. 

 

 

 

" Jennie, if they loved you. They will accept you whatever achievements you achieved. They should be proud and brag it to the world " Lisa said

 

 

 

I saw in her that she was somehow annoyed the fact that my parents hated it and pushing me on the edge which it really stress me out. 

 

 

 

" Not because i'm on top and not you but parents should understand that you are trying your best, Jennie you're an amazing person. Even i as someone that you're not close with and a person who keep you too much still appreciate you for who you are. " she explained

 

 

 

After all those words coming from Lisa made me emotional and how i wish my parents observe it too like how Lisa observe it. 

 

 

" Look, never degrade yourself just because they tell you that. Ignore them, this will affect you from being productive on something that you need to prioritize. " Lisa continued

 

 

I wanted to cry. 

 

 

 

I never thought of us being like this in a whole ride. 

 

 

 

" If you feel like crying all the pains then cry. All of this will remain here, don't worry " 

 

 

 

Lisa then pull me and i just did bury my face on her neck. 

 

 

 

I cried. 

 

 

I cried all the pain i felt and brag about everything as i cried. 

 

 

 

Lisa was comforting me as she tap my back and listen.

 

 

 

I maybe ugly crying right now but i feel ease when i let everything out. 

 

 

 

I kept all of these. 

 

 

 

No wonder i gave up and let it out. 

 

 

 

" You are a strong girl, Jennie. " she whispered and continue tapping my back. 

 

 

 

I did cry on her shoulder for half an hour and Lisa just let me. 

 

 

When the ferris wheel stopped, i wiped my tears and look at the window. 

 

 

" This is so embarassing " i said as i keep on wiping my tears.

 

 

 

Lisa then get her handkerchief in her pocket and wipe my tears. 

 

 

 

" Let me remove the messy mascara in your face, you look like someone who ran away by your husband and cry all day " she giggled

 

 

 

So i slap her arms again and she smiled. 

 

 

 

" Don't worry, everything will be alright "

Lisa and I walk around the park and play some games also, she actually drag me to this basketball game where you need to shoot and get a prize after. 

 

 

 

" How many shoots then for thay bear? " Lisa asked

 

 

" 20 shoots " the old man said

 

 

 

Lisa then get money on her pocket as she look at the balls very aggressively like she really is going to make it no matter what. 

 

 

Then she put her money in the table to have 20 balls for her to play. 

 

 

 

" You can just buy it in the mall, Lisa " i said

 

 

Then she put her sleeves up and sighed.

 

 

 

" Nah, i can get it with me playing this " she answered

 

 

 

Then i started feeling this nerve wrecking feels everytime she shoot the ball because i am actually looking for it and i never saw Lisa being agressive like this. 

 

 

 

She's not like this in academics but now i can see how she wants to work hard for it when she wants something.

Lisa then gave me these gigantic bear while eating ice cream. 

 

 

 

" Why are you giving this to me? " I asked

 

 

 

" This is the only thing i can give to help you from releasing stress and anxiety " She answered

 

 

 

I get it from her and find the bear very fluffy and comfortable as i hugged it while we're walking. 

 

 

 

" You don't have to do that " 

 

 

 

" Do what? "

 

 

 

" Getting the bear "

 

 

 

Then she smiled as she continued eating the ice cream.

 

 

 

" I don't know to make people happy through me so i always bought them something that will make them happy " she answered

 

 

 

 

" Thank you " i smiled

 

 

 

" No, thank you. " 

 

 

 

We both stopped from walking and Lisa faced me. 

 

 

 

" How about we work on the entrance exam in Oxford? " Lisa asked

 

 

 

They'll be choosing top two students who will pass the exam.

 

 

 

I am thinking Lisa will be the other one who will pass and her bringing it up made me hype. 

 

 

 

" Is it a bad thing for us to be together again in one school after high school? " i asked

 

 

 

" Why? I guess it will be fun " she smiled

 

 

 

Lisa.

 

 

You are so precious when you say nonsense thing but to people, it's something that they want to adore from you.

 

 

 

" I want to see you grow from all the pains that you are hiding, Jennie. I want to see it all "
