Amber is planning to undergo an operation

a  Reassignment Surgery (SRS) or Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS)

and yes, Yuri undergo on it too.

and amber wanted to be like her so that Suzy wont feel different with others.

the operation last for hours

and amber will wait for her recovery
