"GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY SA PINAKAPANGET KONG KAIBIGAN!!!!! HINDI KA PANGET FOR TODAY KASI BIRTHDAY MO."

Hyunjae's voice booms, startling the others. It's the 12th of April, Sunwoo's birthday. It's been months since they've seen Hyunjae inside the condo in the morning, since the man had been having daily breakfast dates with his boyfriend. Pero dahil nga birthday ng kaibigan niya, tinigil muna niya ang kalandian niya.

Hyunjae sits down beside the birthday boy, slings his arm around him and says, "So anong pahanda mo mamaya?"

Sunwoo responds by rolling his eyes. He doesn't like celebrating his birthday, mainly because he doesn't like receiving too much attention, but also because treating all his friends makes too much of a dent in his wallet, his bank account, basically in everything he owns.

"'Di ako manlilibre, balakayojan," Sunwoo says before taking another bite of his "birthday pancakes" made by Jacob who was still cooking breakfast for the rest of their friends.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU~"

Sangyeon, Younghoon, and Juyeon sang altogether as they entered the living room. Sunwoo cringes and covers his ears while Jacob and Hyunjae clap along. The three newcomers sit down on their respective chairs after giving Sunwoo a pat on the back.

After Jacob finishes up their food and sits down with them, Sunwoo announces, "Nga pala, 'di ako uuwi dito mamaya. Pupunta ako sa bahay, iuuwi ko sa'min si Haknyeon."

After Haknyeon introduced Sunwoo to his mom as his boyfriend, Sunwoo wasted no time and finally courted Haknyeon (which only lasted for literally a week, because Haknyeon couldn't wait to call the other his boyfriend.) Sunwoo's family already knows about their relationship as well, but they haven't formally met Haknyeon yet.

"Hmm," Younghoon hums, giving Sunwoo a knowing look.

Hyunjae sips his morning coffee and wiggles his brows at the younger.

Sangyeon says, "Side eyes emoji." Yep, out loud.

Sunwoo looks at everyone on the table and tries to be nonchalant as he says, "Ano?" except for the blush creeping into his ears that gave his embarrassment away.

Jacob only giggles and yells, "TIME FOR MY GIFT!!!" He puts a neatly wrapped box on the table, which Sunwoo excitedly tears.

"CONDOMS????" Sunwoo shouts in disbelief.

"JACOB????" shouts everyone else in the room. They can't believe na kay Jacob pa talaga nanggaling 'yung regalo. And Sunwoo's Nineteen. Jesus Christ.

"What the , bakit ka may ganito?" Sunwoo asks, this time a little calmer.

Jacob only replies with, "Personal needs," and Sangyeon chokes on his food.

As soon as Sunwoo steps his foot inside his school, he hears a loud, "BABYYYYYYYYYY", and his face immediately lights up.

He sees boyfriend running towards him with a huge smile. Haknyeon wraps his arms around the birthday boy and gives him a sweet kiss on the cheek.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!"

Sunwoo always expressed how much he hates noise or anything loud, but Haknyeon is his only exception. He loves anything and everything about the shorter.

After Sunwoo thanked Haknyeon for his greeting, they couple walked to their class with Haknyeon clinging to Sunwoo's arm.

As they enter the room, multiple "happy birthday's" and a bunch of confetti are thrown to Sunwoo's direction, courtesy of his friends.

"Happy birthday sa panget na jowa ng bestfriend namin," Changmin cheerfully shouts while Chanhee throws more confetti at the birthday boy.

"Happy birthday," Kevin says with a smile.

"Thanks, I guess," Sunwoo says before Haknyeon drags him to his seat where he found a huge pig plushie with 'SunHak' embroidered on its chest.

Sunwoo smiles brightly. He could hear his condomates chuckling, but he genuinely loves the gift. He thanks Haknyeon with a kiss on the forehead (as requested by the shorter).

It's study period after their lunch break, and it's been around 30 minutes since Haknyeon last talked to Sunwoo. The former has been too preoccupied with his phone that he doesn't even notice how bored his boyfriend is.

Sunwoo loudly sighs, hoping Haknyeon would notice, but the only one who gave him attention was their youngest friend sitting behind him.

"Problema mo?" Eric questions, turning his head to look at the birthday boy.

"Tingnan mo," Sunwoo points at Haknyeon using his lips, "Hindi ako pinapansin ni Haknyeon."

Eric rolls his eyes at this. He mutters, "Buti nga ikaw nakikita mo siya eh," under his breath.

"Ha?"

"Wala." Just on cue, Eric's phone rings. The boy excitedly jumps up from his seat and walks out of the room.

"Hello Hyunjoon? Ano okay na ba yung pilay mo? Papasok ka na ba? Gusto mo bang puntahan kit-" Sunwoo catches snippets of the convo from Eric's end before the latter leaves.

Sunwoo goes back to his previous state, one hand under his chin. Kailan kaya sya papansinin ng boyfriend nya?

Haknyeon suddenly squeals loudly, startling almost everyone in the room. He pays no mind to those he bothered, and immediately went to Changmin who was as equally engaged with his phone.

"ANG CUTE CUTE NILA HUHUHUHHUHUHU."

"OO NGA SHET NABASA MO NA BA YUNG ISA????"

"OO SHET HUHUHU."

"CHANHEE MAGBASA KA NA DIN KASI!!!"

The boy mentioned just shakes his head and continues reading his own book beside Juyeon who was dozing off with his head on Chanhee's shoulder, unbothered even with the loud volumes of the two excited boys' voices.

Sunwoo pouts as Haknyeon goes straight back to seat, still not sparing him a glance. He sees Younghoon experiencing he same thing as him, poking his boyfriend and asking what he's doing.

"Nagbabasa ako ng NoMin AU!!!! Sobrang cute nila oh!!!!"

"AU? NoMin?"

"Basta. Basahin mo na lang din!!!"

"Ayoko nga," Younghoon pouts. "Mas busy ka pa d'yan kesa sakin."

"Luh," Changmin finally takes his eyes off his phone to glare at the taller. "Attitude. Bahala ka nga d'yan."

Younghoon pouts more, and just defeatedly moves his chair forward to sit closer to Changmin.

Haknyeon continues reading on their way to Sunwoo's house, much to Sunwoo's displeasure, but he didn't comment about it. He could see how happy his boyfriend looks while reading. He couldn't possibly want to ruin it for him.

As they went down the bus, Haknyeon finally keeps his phone in his pocket, a sign that he finally finished reading. Sunwoo let a sigh of relief and grinned when Haknyeon finally looks at him, smiling, and reaching out for his hand. Sunwoo took the smaller's hand as he leads him to his home.

Haknyeon's almost nonexistent nervousness dissipates when Sunwoo's mom greeted them with her cheerful voice and smile.

"Hi Haknyeon!!!"

Haknyeon looks at Sunwoo confusedly. He has never stepped foot in this house before. So how come his mother already knows him?

"Ay oo nga pala, how rude of me. Mommy ako ni Sunwoo, alam mo ba lagi ka niyang kinukwento sa 'kin. Isang beses nga umuwi 'yan tuwang tuwa ("Ma.") kasi nahawakan nya na raw kamay mo habang naglalakad kay-"

Sunwoo's mom reminds Haknyeon of someone he can't pinpoint who.

As they were entering Sunwoo's room, Haknyeon suddenly receives a call.

"Wait lang," he told Sunwoo. "Hello? Changmin hyung? NAGUPDATE YUNG AU??????? SIGE BYE."

The shorter turns to Sunwoo and asks, "Ano password ng wifi niyo? Hehehe."

Sunwoo frowns, "Ayoko nga."

Haknyeon pouts in return, but an idea pops into his head.

"Tanungin ko na lang si tita."

Before Sunwoo could stop his boyfriend, Haknyeon was already running downstairs. He hears Haknyeon asking his mom to type the password into his phone. Sunwoo, for the nth time that day, sighs defeatedly and lies down on his bed, covering his face with his pillow.

Sunwoo hears Haknyeon reentering his room a few minutes after. The older was squealing as he lies down on Sunwoo's bed, putting his head on the younger's chest.

Sunwoo removes the pillow from his face tells the older, "Luh. Kama mo 'to?"

Haknyeon, still focused on his phone, replies, "Hmmm. Soon."

Sunwoo got what Haknyeon meant and blushed. He was relieved that the older wasn't looking anywhere, but on his phone screen. Otherwise, he'll be teasing him.

"A-ano ba. Umurong ka nga."

"Ayoko nga. Ayaw mo ba kong katabi?"

"Ayoko. 'Di mo nga ko pinapansin eh."

Haknyeon suddenly sits up and puts his phone down. He looks at the younger pouting and asks, "Galit ka ba?"

"Hindi."

"Nagtatampo?"

"...."

Haknyeon lies back down, wrapping his arm around the younger's waist.

"Uyyyyy, sorry na."

"Ba't ka nagsosorry," Sunwoo asks as he tries to look at anywhere but his boyfriend's face.

"Nagtatampo ka eh. Sorry naaaaaaaa. Bukas ko na babasahin 'to."

"Sinong nagsabing nagtatampo ako?" Sunwoo asks, still trying to sound nonchalant.

Haknyeon shakes his boyfriend. "Ang cute cute naman ng baby ko." He says and pinches Sunwoo's cheek. (Which earned an "Aw!" from the younger.)

They stayed in silence like that, with Haknyeon's arms wrapped around Sunwoo's waist and his head occasionally burying in the space between the younger's head and shoulder blade, and Sunwoo fighting the urge to kiss Haknyeon.

"Baby..." the older calls out after a few minutes.

Sunwoo reacts on impulse, replying with a, "Hmm?"

"Tampo ka pa?"

"Hmm..."

Haknyeon lifts his head up to look at Sunwoo's slightly reddening face. "'Pag kiniss kita, magtatampo ka pa?"

That's all it takes for the blush on the younger's face to spread across his face. And the blush is all Haknyeon needed for him to lean in and capture Sunwoo's lips.
