It's February 14, and Juyeon is alone. Yes, THE Lee Juyeon. THE Lee Juyeon who received about twenty gifts and letters today is alone. He entered his favorite cafe, and it was unsurprisingly filled with couples. He looked around and sighed in relief when he saw familiar faces. He grabbed a chair and sat beside them.

"Don't mind me," he told the couple. "Maglandian lang kayo."

Kevin suddenly let go of Hyunjae's hand, much to the latter's displeasure. If only Hyunjae didn't see how sad his best friend looked, he would've shooed him away.

Instead, he asked, "Bakit 'di kayo nagdate ni Chanhee?"

"'Di ko alam pa'no siya yayain eh."

THE Lee Juyeon, rumored to be a boy, actually has never asked anyone out before. He may have dated a lot in the past, but he was always the one being asked out instead of the other way around. Hyunjae felt both pity and annoyance. He'd love to spend more time with his boyfriend, but Kevin didn't like showing affection in front of their friends.

Kevin's phone suddenly rang. He picks up the phone and says, "Chanhee?"

Juyeon's ears perks up at the mention of his crush's name.

"Nasa cafe ako with Hyunjae. You know naman na I'm not single like you guys, haha." (a/n:GAGO TO AH)

Hyunjae looks at Juyeon, and grabbed the phone from his boyfriend's hand.

"Chanhee? Kasama namin si Juyeon, single din 'to."

Juyeon's eyes widens as Hyunjae quickly passes Kevin's phone to him.

"Hello?" He hears Chanhee's sweet voice as soon as he puts the phone near his ear.

"H-hello? H-hi Chanhee," Juyeon stutters.

With his good looks and amazing physique, you'd think he'd have more confidence when talking to his crush.

"Juyeon??? Hello!!! Do you have plans mamayang gabi? I'm planning to watch Black Panther kasi, kaso Kevin and I are the only ones who watch Marvel dito. Do you want to join me?"

Juyeon's eyes goes wider than earlier, if that was even possible. Hyunjae, who was eavesdropping their phone call, nudges him and signals him to say yes, and so he does.

"Okay."

"Cool. You can consider this our first date. Bye!"

Juyeon's heart beats faster. He returns the phone as soon as Chanhee drops the call, and stands up to take a leave.

"Sorry guys, kailangan ko na maghanap ng damit for my... date."

"DATE. YES. THANK U LORD. FINALLY, DI KA NA MAMAMATAY MAG-ISA. I'M SO PROUD OF YOU," Hyunjae says as he hugged Juyeon. He lets go when he feels Kevin poke him.

"Aalis na daw siya," Kevin tells his boyfriend. "Have fun on your date, Juyeon!"

"Thank you," Juyeon smiles at Kevin and leaves the cafe.

Hyunjae sits back down after waving goodbye to his best friend. He sees Kevin frowning at him.

"Why?"

"Did you really have to hug him in front of me?" Hyunjae chuckles. It's weird, but he loves seeing his boyfriend jealous.

"He's just my best friend, Kevin, and may thing na sila ni Chanhee," Hyunjae says as he grabs his boyfriend's hand. "Gusto mo ba ng unli-hugs?"

Kevin glares at him, but says with a low voice, "Not here. I'll sleep over sa condo niyo."

Hyunjae uncontrollably smiles. Kinilig masyado ang gago. He lifts both of Kevin's hands and kisses them.

"Okay, we'll cuddle all night. I love you."

Younghoon chews on his pizza as he hears Sunwoo groan for probably the millionth time that day. They both stayed in their rooms, with Younghoon sitting on the floor in front of his laptop (having a horror movie marathon), and Sunwoo (who refused to watch with his hyung) lying face down on his bed.

"Hindi ka ba aalis," Younghoon asked the younger.

"Eh ikaw?"

"Hindi," Younghoon replies. "'Di naman papayag si Changmin na makipagdate sa'kin. Ikaw ba, 'di mo ba niyaya si Haknyeon?"

Sunwoo groans louder than he did earlier. He buries his face on his pillow as he recalls what happened yesterday.

Sunwoo approached Haknyeon who was (of course) eating on his table. He wanted to take the latter out on a date. He was pretty sure Haknyeon knew he had a crush on him (because, Uh, he's so ing obvious), so he probably won't be shocked if Sunwoo asked him out.

"Yes?" Haknyeon asked when he saw Sunwoo standing in front of him.

Sunwoo had already memorized what he was going to say. 'Gusto mo ba magdinner bukas? Lunch? Or mag-arcade? I'll treat you. Date tayo.' But as soon as Haknyeon looked at him, he forgot every word.

"Uhhhh.... bukas.... uhm.... alam mo naman.... bukas....."

Tanginang yan, Kim Sunwoo. Do you not know how to talk?

Haknyeon just looked at him with anticipation. At least Haknyeon wasn't judging him, even though he looked absolutely stupid.

"Bukas kasi... ASH WEDNESDAY HAHAHAHA, gusto mo ba magsimba?"

Haknyeon raised his eyebrows, "I'm an atheist, Sunwoo."

"AY WEH? AKO DIN HAHAHAHAHA. WE HAVE A LOT IN COMMON PALA. Sorryforwastingyourtimehahhahahabye." 

Younghoon snorts as he tries to stop himself laughing after hearing Sunwoo's story.

"Okay lang, hyung. Pagtawanan mo na kabobohan ko," Sunwoo told him lifelessly. "Buti pa si Hyunjoon and Eric, may date ngayon."

"Friendly date daw sabi ni Hyunjoon," Younghoon said while rolling his eyes. "Straight daw sila. Edi kayo na."

The doorbell to their shared condo unit suddenly rings and they hear Jacob say "I'll get it!!!!!" while running. They hear the door open and they hear the Canadian boy scream, "OH MY GOD ANG CUTE MO!!!! MAY DATE BA KAYO?"

Sunwoo raises his head and looks at Younghoon who shrugs in return. The door to their shared room opens, revealing a smiley Jacob with a shorter boy behind him.

"SUNWOO~~~~ LOOK WHO'S HERE!!!!"

Sunwoo chokes on his saliva and immediately sits down to make himself look slightly more presentable. Bakit ba lagi siyang mukhang basura 'pag and'yan crush niya?

"HAKNYEON?????"

Going straight to the point, Haknyeon immediately declares, "I knew you were trying to ask me out kahapon soooooo.... get dressed!!!!"

Jacob squeals and jumps excitedly. He immediately ran to Sunwoo's closet and grabs a black hoodie and blue jeans (conveniently placed on top because honestly, that's the only outfit Sunwoo ever wears), the exact same thing Haknyeon was wearing (and obviously Haknyeon did this so they could match), and throws the clothes to Sunwoo.

"GO WEAR MATCHING CLOTHES!!!!!!!"

Instead of wasting his time complaining, Sunwoo takes the clothes and runs to the washroom. He takes only approximately 2 minutes to get ready before he runs out, grabbing Haknyeon's hand before Jacob could embarass him.

"BYE HYUNGS!!!!" "BYE SUNWOO!!! USE PROTECTION," Jacob manages to scream out before Sunwoo closes the front door.

Younghoon shakes his head at the sight and just continues watching his movie.

Jacob sits down beside him and asked, "Asan boyfriend mo? Aren't you gonna go out with him today?"

Younghoon frowns. Boyfriend? He could only wish. Younghoon thinks Changmin has made it clear that he doesn't like him back. Sunwoo told him he's stupid for thinking that (a/n: he is ngl), but Changmin never showed any signs of being interested in him. He still tries his best to court him though, but he thinks it's best that he doesn't force the younger to go on a date with him if he doesn't want to.

They hear the doorbell ring for the second time that day. Sangyeon opens the door instead of Jacob, as the latter is watching Younghoon's movie.

The oldest opens the door to Younghoon and Sunwoo's room and says, "Jacob, labas ka muna."

"WHAT WHYYYYYY," Jacob whines.

"Go get ready. Alis din tayo."

"Fine," Jacob got up and went straight to the washroom. Luckily, he didn't notice the visitor Sangyeon let in just now.

"Thank me later," Sangyeon told the confused Younghoon before leaving and letting the visitor enter the room. Younghoon's eyes widens, and his heart beats faster. He sees a cute Changmin, wearing an oversized shirt, fidgeting in front of him.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?"

"Uhhh," Changmin thinks of something to say while looking down. He makes eye contact with Younghoon and says, "Mag-isa lang ako sa bahay. Lahat sila may date... ako lang wala."

"Ah... ganun ba," Younghoon awkwardly replies. "Wala din akong date, nuod na lang tayo dito haha."

Changmin bites his lip, as if wanting to say something more, but he just nods and sits down beside the taller. The younger's face lights up as he sees the movie Younghoon was watching.

"SHUTTER??? ULITIN MO!!! FAVE KO YAN," he says excitedly.

Younghoon chuckles and restarts the movie kahit na patapos na siya.

"Mahilig ka pala sa ganito," Younghoon tells Changmin.

"I LOVE HORROR!!!!" Changmin replies cheerfully.

"Mas love kita."

Changmin looks at Younghoon and the latter does the same. Younghoon coughs and looks away. He laughs awkwardly.

"Haha, nuod na tay-"

"Why didn't you ask me out?"

Younghoon looks down. He pauses the movie, and faces Changmin.

"Baka kasi maistorbo pa kit-"

"Hinihintay ko lang na yayain mo ko. Ayaw mo na ba sa'kin?"

Younghoon gets shocked. Changmin, na laging mataray at pa-strong, actually tears up in front of him. All this time, he thought Changmin didn't return his feelings, but seeing him like this, just because Younghoon didn't ask him out for Valentines, says otherwise. Younghoon smiles and grabs Changmin's hand.

"A-ano ba! 'Pag tinatanong ka, sumagot ka!"

"I love you, Changmin," Younghoon scoots closer. "Akala ko 'di mo ko gusto. Sorry for not asking you out. If it's not too late, do you still want to go on a date now?"

Changmin, with red cheeks, pouts. Maybe he did go too far with acting like he isn't in love with Younghoon (he is). Maybe it's time to actually show him how he really feels.

"Dito na lang tayo. Favorite movie ko 'to eh."

"Favorite person mo din ako 'di ba?"

"OO NA. I-PLAY MO NA YUNG MOVIE. BILIS."

It was 9:30pm when Juyeon and Chanhee finished watching the movie. Since the cinema is pretty close to Chanhee's dorm, they decided to walk all the way there to spend more time with each other before the day ends. (a/n: DELIKADO MAGLAKAD PAG GABI PERO SIGE DO IT FOR THE LANDI) Juyeon smiles as he listens to Chanhee talk about the movie. He could only nod because for the whole duration of the film, his eyes were fixated on his date instead of the screen.

Chanhee notices Juyeon looking down at their hands brushing against each other. He knows how shy Juyeon is around him, so he doesn't mind making the first move every time. He just hopes Juyeon would start feeling more comfortable around him though. Chanhee chuckles silently and intertwines their fingers. Juyeon's heart beats faster. He couldn't believe he's now holding hands with his long-time crush. Parang dati sa daydream lang niya nararanasan 'to. He gulps and hopes his hands wont get sweaty. Baka kasi ma-turn off sa kanya si Chanhee.

After a few minutes of walking, they finally reached the building where Chanhee's dorm is located. They faced each other and stayed there for a good minute. Chanhee let go of Juyeon's hand and broke the silence.

"Thank you for today, Juyeon. Next time ulit."

Before Juyeon could respond, Chanhee tiptoed and kissed his cheek. He smiled shyly and was about to turn back to enter the building.

Juyeon didn't know where this sudden surge of confidence came from. Hell, he didn't know he could do this even in his dreams. After Chanhee kissed his cheek, he found himself grabbing the smaller's hand, pulling him closer, leaning down and capturing his lips into a sweet kiss. Juyeon lets go after a few seconds, both of their cheeks red. Chanhee smiles widely before waving at the taller and taking his leave.

"Happy Valentines day, Juyeon. See you tomorrow."
