Officer Shim Changmin stands like a pole near his patrol car. it's a lazy and boring afternoon and he feels sleepy, but he tried his very best to stay alert. He gives his full attention in scanning his surroundings, from his left to right side, and his front to rear. It's his duty today to issue penalty tickets to any drivers or vehicle owners who dares to park their cars illegally.
