Prologue 

'Omma...appa...Unnie, ' a young aged girl of 8 whimpered in the dark. 

'Come here... sit on my lap, Hyoyeon ' her older brother of 9years gap called out to her as they rest under a tree. It was night time and they were trying to locate their missing family members who were dragged away by the royal soldiers into the forest. They were able to go unnoticed because they were at the backyard collecting herbs.

Their parents work as royal physician of the Princes. Suddenly they heard some shuffling and rustle of the dried leaves, Suho immediately grabbed Hyoyeon's hand and hid behind a tree.

A shadow loomed  in front of them. 'That girl was a beauty and pure goddess...but it's sad that she had to die so young'

'yeah... I feel bad for them they were the most  successful yet humble physicians ' a second voiced as they walked away.

Suho dreaded What they would encounter ahead, a chill spread over his body and hugged Hyoyeon tightly as tears flowed from his eyes. Startled Hyoyeon remained quiet as her brother cried.

 'Oppa...wae? '

Hyoyeon asked once Suho calmed a bit. He glanced at her a smiled a bit. 

'Hyoyeonna whatever happen don't come near me okay? '

 'Why?  Why can't I come near you... '     

 'Stay afar from me for a while then I'll come to you and will go far away from here'

Suho said caressing her damp cheek.

'Ani... no it can't be Omma.... Appa... ' hyoyeon cried and were running toward the hanging bodies from the tree when Suho stopped her.                                   

 'Hyoyeonna.. remember the promise ' 

 She slowly backed away as Suho climbed the tree and cut the rope and the bodies slumped to the ground and all the night could witness were the cries of the now orphaned siblings.

  Hyoyeon cried  knowing her parents were dead now she won't hear their laughter anymore.

A white figure laying on the floor at the feet of the tree ten feet away from her, half buried by the dried leaves.  

Without thinking she ran to it and cupped her sister's head lovingly.

But before long she was pushed back by suho.

' Hyoyeon!'

fear was clear in Suho's eyes when the dead body of their sister began to twitch.

Without any warning he picked  hyoyeon up and ran away from the scene dreading the nightmare of his thought.

But  he could hear someone pursuing them. While suho ran for dear life, Hyoyeon peeked at their pursuer and got the shock of her life.

It was their sister with blood red eyes with a inhumane speed. Before long she caught up to them and slammed them to a tree.     

 'Hyoyeon!... gwenchana?" suho asked worriedly seeing hyo slumped over the floor with some distance between them.

 " Listen to me run, run away from here, don't look back okay? Yaksukhe "

 suho said hurriedly. Hyo furrowed her brow in confusion. But it wasn't long that suho pushed her aside and he was propelled back by something. 

Taeyeon immediately grabbed Suho and sank her fang into his drinking his blood as well as drinking his life away. 

Hyoyeon tensed at the side and let a blood chilling cry as Suho's life get drained away.
