have my lighter with me , stand infront of my mirror in my Very dark room 

nothing else is needed . just that and my good ability of spelling 

open the lighter once, look directly into my wide-open eyes and slightly bigger pupil and say your name First letter FAST & Blow off the lighter 

with Fast rhythm switch on the lighter say one more letter & blow the lighter keep looking at my eyes in that second of light.

as I reach to the last letter & blow off the lighter, I click the lighter with my sore thump one last time looking at my pupils reflection and say your name and blow off the lighter.

trying to fall asleep after this intense creepy spell to summon HIM to my dreams is Harder than you think. Idol crush is No Game and fangirl life could be not that fun sometimes.
