....2 years later....

Kim Aera looks around and sighs. Always she has to do all the work!! Keeping the straws in the jars, placing the plates properly and making sure Little Ms. Kim Deiji does not get into trouble. 7 years old but she feels like 70 years old. She had said that to her "Joooyy" umma once and they laughed. Eh?! Excuse her?! What was so funny about that?! She actually feels like it!! Being an older sister is not easy!! Though Kim Deiji is a sweet and calm baby, she gets really excited when she is around food. 

"Kim Aera? All set?" Yeri asks her playfully.

The little girl nods, "Yes! The cupcakes are here??" She jumps happily when the older girl nods.

"These cupcakes will be the best!! It is all surprise!!!" She cheers. With the following years, her speech has improves tremendously. She is growing up...

"Yup! Now go and check if Joy and Deiji are ready!!"

"Okay!" Aera skips to her and Deiji's room.

As decided by Namjoon and Joy, they had moved out of the Bae Mansion. They live in a beautiful home, full of warmth and humbleness. Not huge as those mansion, but big enough for the Kims, Noel and guests who need to stay over.

"Umma! You are ready??" 

"Yes, love. I am ready!" Joy looks away from the mirror and smiles. She is looking angelic in her long off-white dress.

"Wow, Umma..." Aera is awed, "So...PRETTY!!!"

"Thank you my love!!" She hugs her tightly.

"One hug for you and one hug for my dongsaeng..." She hugs her protruding belly again.

Joy laughs and rubs it. Yes, They have been blessed for a...third time.

"Where is Deiji?" Aera looks around.

"Well, she is with your Jin uncle! She wanted to eat those french fries and got fussy when refused." Joy shakes her head. Kim Deiji and her love for food...

"She can have them at the party!! She should wait..." Aera shakes her head seriously. So many thing to teach her little sister...

Joy bites her lips to not laugh.

"Come on!! Everyone is here!!" Aera tugs her hand and they walk outside. Their new home also has a huge yard and garden.

"Ladies and gentlemen!!! The woman of the hour!! Kim Park Sooyoung!!!" Yeri announces and everyone begins to clap.

Joy smiles shyly.

Cheonsa walks to her and makes her sit on her special throne, "Congratulations my child! I am so happy for you!!" She and her husband pass their gift to her.

"Thank you aunty..." She is very thankful.

Gradually, everyone begins to wish her and hand her their gifts. Park Jimin, his wife and their 1 year old son, Yeri and her boyfriend, Yeri's mom and dad, Noel, Cheonsa and her husband along with the trust-worthy young maids...all friends and family...last but not the least Kim Seokjin...

"Hey, Joy...Congratulations..." He wishes his little sister softly. 

"Thank you oppa..." They try to hug but her belly comes between. They laugh.

"You must have been like this when  this young lady..." He points at Deiji in his arms, "was in your womb?"

"Yes, oppa..." Joy chuckles at the memory..."Only bigger..."

"Really? Bigger than this??" Seokjin asks surprised.

"Yup! Huge!!" Joy replies playfully.

"I wish I had been close to you that time..." He sighs in guilt.

Joy shakes her head and hugs his arm, "No, oppa...Let's not remember those days. Cuz now everything is fine and we'll are happy!! We are together now and that is all that matters..."

"Hmmm..." He smiles.

"Thank you everyone for coming!! It is a great evening today as it is our umma's baby shower!" Deiji squeals happily at this announcement and everyone claps..." We are here to bless the new baby-ah and umma!!! Thank you!!"

There is a second round of applaud where they gush over how Aera has grown up.

The party begins and evryone gets busy with food and talking.

"What shall I get you, love?" Noel asks.

She looks at the table, "Oh my goodness!! So much food!!"

"Yes! We wanted to make sure our Joy gets her favourites, this time as well!!" She kisses the little girl who runs off to somewhere.

"Deiji! Be careful!" Joy warns her.

Deiji looks back at her mother and nods in understanding. She joins Aera, Jimin's son and the children of the maids to play.

"Here, Joy, have some watermelon juice." Yeri's mother hands her a glass.

Joy thanks her. The older ladies joins the party and she leans back and enjoys watching everyone.

"Hey..." Mina greets, sitting beside her. Along with Park Jimin, Mina is a great friend of the Kims.

"Hey..."

"So? Excited for the gender reveal?!" 

"Yeah...though it does not matter to us whether it is a girl or a boy..." Joy laughs, "But Yeri...she wanted it to be a celebration. So she got my reports, and baked some cupcakes that will tell us what we are having!!"

"Well, it is fun! Different from the last time!" Mina grins.

"Yup! True!" 

The young women are having a good chat when Yeri and Aera announce that it is dinner time. After a hearty meal, they have a game of guessing the gender. After they have casted their votes, Yeri brings the cupcakes.

"Ladies and gentlmen, as you can see, here are my special dark chocolate cupcakes with amazing chocolate granache! Within this, the secret prevails..." She presents dramatically, "Now...I would like the oldest sister to take a bite and tell us...cuz their mother wanted Kim Aera to do the honours..."

Aera excitedly takes one cupcake from the tray and bites it. Her eyes go big and she shows the half eaten cupcake to everyone. A round of applaud, squealling and congratulaions take place. They enjoy their cupcakes and the whole party is filled with laughter and talking. Eventually the party comes to an end. Yeri's family and the Lees leave where Park Jimin with his family and Kim Seokjin stay in the respective guestrooms. They all had a great time.

"I am SO happy for you...." Noel kisses Joy's forhead and wipes a happy tear. They have just changed into their sleepwear.

"Thank you aunty..." The young mother replies. They are in the children's room getting the little girls ready for bed. 

"Mama..." They look at the source of  the tiny voice.

"Yes, my baby...." She coos to the little girl.

"I seepyyyy..." She rubs her eyes and yawns cutely.

"I know, baby. It is way after your usual bedtime. Come on now, close your eyes. Your unnie is already asleep." Joy looks at the small bed where Aera is sleeping, "I would not have let you stay awake for so late if it were not for the party. Also luckily your unnie has no school tomorrow!" She mumbles.

"Mama...where Appa?" She asks with a pout. 

"Baby...your appa is out for a very important meeting. He will be back tonight. When you will be up tomorrow you will find him with you, okay?" Joy hugs her.

"Missing her appa?" Noel shakes her head playfully.

"Like always!" She smiles back.

Namjoon rubs his neck and sighs. He is SO tired. All he wants is their bed and his pillow. He has been in a foul mood. The pressure is too much because of his new consignment. It has been successful though. He is actually angry and sad to miss the baby shower. He was involved with every arrangement, even sorted what he was to wear. Then suddenly just one day ago, he gets a call that he is to sign and seal the deal on this very day!! He at first refused and asked for another date. And the alternate they suggested co-incided with Joy's delivery period. There is no other options. So his wife asked him to agree to the previous option. As it is thousand times crucial for him to be there during their baby's birthtime. Also he would be very relaxed if the work is done.

He could not be there during his Miss Kim Deiji's birth. For which he shall be remoarseful for life. SO when they found out about their 3rd child, he promised to be there for them. So with a heavy heart, he went for the meeting. He missed his family a lot and aslo the celebration. He is sure they must have enjoyed a lot! Oh well! That is some consolation. He will watch the videos and photographs later.

He presses the doorbell and Joy opens it with her usual warm smile.

Namjoon smiles tiredly, "You have not slept yet?" He walks inside.

"No! Was waiting for you...So? All done?" She asks expectantly.

"Yes!! It was actually a good decision. Now no more serious workload and I can even go for a leave during your due date!" He replies with satisfaction. They are in their bedroom now.

"That is great! Need to cook some nice lunch tomorrow to celebrate!" She smiles happily and hands him the towel, "Take a warm bath and sleep! You really need one!!"

"Yes." He agrees, "How was the party?" He asks with a little sulk. He is still sad...

"Oh! It was amazing!! Our Aera awed everyone with her speech and the food was yummyyy!!! We all had a lot of fun!! But we all missed you..." She helps him to take off his coat.

"Yeah, I guess I was not the only one who missed anything..."

"It's okay now. Such a important work is done! Do you like something to eat?" 

"No...I had dinner. I'll take the bath and then meet my princesses..." He yawns and walks into the bathroom.

Joy chuckles. Though Namjoon had helped with the arrangements, the gender reveal was completely Yeri's idea. Joy also did not knew what they were having. It was just today Yeri came with the cupcakes and her reports, stating that she knew what they were having and it was also a gender reveal party. All this happened after Namjoon had already left for work.

Joy asked them to not call him and tell him anything. She wanted it to be a surprise.

Namjoon comes out of the bathroom, showered and changed. He smiles slightly, "I will be right back." He leaves to meet their sleeping daughters.

Joy slowly gets up and walks towards the kitchen. She takes two cupcakes on a plate and waddles back to their room. 

Namjoon walks back to their room. His princesses look so cute all bundled up in their pink and green blankets. He has kissed them goodnight and does not stay back for longer in risk of waking them up.

He finds his wife sitting on their bed with a plate in her hands.

"Sooyoung? What is that? Cupcakes?" He asks sitting beside her.

"Yes. Yeri made them! The highlight of the party!" She exclaims happily.

He smiles, "Of course! If Yeri made them they must be the best!!" He tries to take one but Joy moves the plate a little.

"Yes, but these are extra special!" She replies in a mischievious tone.

"Really?" Namjoon tilts his head slightly.

"Yes, Well...The baby shower was also a gender reveal party!"

"WHAT?!!" Namjoon blinks.

"Yes! I did not know that as well. In the morning suddenly Yeri told us that she made these dessert and it would reveal the gender. She knew about it as she had my report! Remember I asked her to pick it up from the hospital?"

He nods.

"Since we did not ask the doctor to be secretive like Deiji's time, she mentioned it in here..." She shows her the envelope.

"Ohhh...." He does not know what to say. He is excited as well as nervous. He is happy with both! Girl or boy never matters to him.

"So she informed the guests and made Aera bit into the first cake..." She recalls the moment."It was so..."

"Special?" He puts his arm around her.

"Yes, special. Now...have one..."puts the plate infront of him.

"I will get to know when I will bite into it?" He asks in glee.

"Yup!" She giggles.

"Okay, then..." He takes a bite with his closed eyes. He chews the morsel, "Okay so is it Kim DaSom or Kim DaeHwan...." He slowly opens his eyes and cheers out in merriment. He hugs a laughing Joy tightly, as much as he can, and says, "It is Kim DaeHwan...yeah??" 

"She hugs him back and replies in equal happiness, "Yes..."
