Seoul seems to be empty. For the longest time, I’m just drifting. Without any particular destination, because she was my destination. I always thought that because she’s beside me, I could conquer anything. Now she’s gone, I don’t know what to do.

She was my best friend. We grew up together, because our families are interconnected. Her family and my family have been business partners for the longest time. I knew her ever since I was born. She was my playmate when I was young. As we grew older, my feelings for her grew. I wasn’t satisfied with just friendship, I craved for more. Little did I know, she did as well. I confessed and we became lovers. We had to go to different universities, but our love never wavered. Until the accident.

He was mine. For the longest time, he was mine. As I was his. His touch still lingers, I can still feel it on my skin. Whenever we held hands, he always squeezed mine from time to time. And I felt contentment. His scent, he always smelled like coffee. His addiction for that beverage is one thing that I couldn’t understand, though I did enjoy the scent. He always ordered coffee while he ordered tea for me. We might be opposites, for he was mysterious and gloomy, while I’m all smiles. However, there is one thing that shines about him. His smile, it was so bright. He was my sun. I was his moon. Until the accident.
