His voice wouldnt stop getting louder. I was running as fast as  my legs could go I rounded the corner, I felt a jerk on my arm

"Hey man why did you leave class?"

"Youngbae, I uh, I gotta."

I realized his voice had gone. Where did he go?

"Dude, you've been weird since last night what really happened?"

"I told you he saved me?"

"its like noon he's probably under ground in his dungeon or something right now. sleeping in a coffin, from what we've been told about his kind"

"Yeah maybe your right"

I tried shaking off this bad feeling. Even ignoring my eye twitching again. Youngbae pulled on my arm

"Look since we've already skipped lets go grab some lunch?"

My stomach growling meant I couldnt say no

"My treat?"

I pulled the back of his collar

"Lets go!"

Free food, was my weakness

We scarfed down some sandwiches, ramen and I even had some ice cream.. I was feeling better. My mind less clouded. There were only two black shadows in the air at the moment, so I felt maybe it was a calm before the storm. We stepped out of the restaurant into the pouring rain. having to run back towards our dorm. We finally hid under a piece of the roof sticking out from the building. both of us our clothes creanched. I could hear youngbae breathing, His wet shirt stuck to his body. every breath his abs would ripple. Truthfully watching the rain drip off his skin pulled at me. He is my best friend but I've longed after him for three years now. our eyes locked with our faces near, both turning away from each other. Youngbae was rubbing his arm being shy

"Sorry I dragged you into the rain"

I heard him talking but all I kept seeing was the way his clothes clung to him. I had to shake the imagine out of my head when his phone started ringing

"Yeah, okay I'll be there"

He grabbed both my shoulders, looking into my eyes

"Listen to me, go straight home do not open the door for anyone but me. not until we can get this vampire thing figured out"

"I understand"

Youngbae ran off into the rain, and I ignored his wishes when more shadows passed by in the other directions. Shadows meant bad spirits. and I guess you can associate vampires with being bad. I just wanted to thank him. They all can't be bad right?

The sky was getting darker from the storm, It was only around four in the afternoon. I know I promised youngbae, but I just wanted to walked past the park and see if I could find some evidence that Im not crazy. The sun was gone, the rain was pouring and the sky was full of grey. I stood under a tree waiting for the rain to let up again. I kept staring into the field. I blinked and I thought I saw someone standing there only to be gone again. twice, three times. I put my hand in my pocket, the key chain stake was in my hand. Lightening flashed and I took off running, Something shoved my neck and I went down, rolling through the grass, down the hill, everything spinning dirt flying through the air. My body stopped rollling by hitting what I thought was  brick wall, turned out to be a pair of legs.

"My my my dont you look appetizing"

My hands got cut on a rock when I rolled. I was lifted off the ground with one arm, this dark red eyes staring back at me. a blonde female vampire was her lips, wearing the heavest make up.

"You sure smell tasty, I'm sorry I gotta kill you cutie"

I pulled my arm from my pocket, holy water laced maced covered her face.

"MY BEAUTIFUL FACE!"

I was dropped mid air, my feet were not wanting to take off. the ground was so wet, I kept running, hearing wind picking up behind me, it was so foggy as I got near the fountain in the middle of the park. There was no where to hide. I took the keychain stake into my hands, if I was gonna die she would too. I whispered

"Forgive me Youngbae"

She flew right at me, My eyes staring at here. I wasnt running. I didnt get to fight she went from midair to dust on the ground.

"What the hell"

"You blinked"

I jumped back, there he was, red eyes, black hair pale skin. Nice dark colored clothes fit his physique perfectly. a hit of purple lace at his waist. 

"Why did you save me?"

"That's my own problem. dont ask. quit coming around. just get out of this town"

"tell me your name"

He looked up into the sky

"I have a few names, but none that you need to know'

"I dont bother your kind so quit getting caught so much"

"You dont drink from humans?"

"No I dont drink from Psychics"

"What?"

"You can see the spirits that follow me right? I was born into darkness. It follows the maker. I watched u follow them. do me a favor dont get killed trying to stalk me, your friend thats on his way wouldnt like it"

"My friend?"

"SEUNGRI!"

there was an arrow that hit the ground, Youngbae was running through the field and the strange vampire was gone again

"You stupid idiot! you could've died!"

"He saved me again"

Youngbae pulled me into a hugs making my heart race

"Bae, I'm okay"

Then he punched my arm

"You lied to me, you said you would go home and now I caught you out here after dark knowing how dangerous this place is"

"I couldn't help it, I wanted to say thank you"

"DONT THANK THE DEAD!"

I hadnt thought about it like that. Vampires are technically dead, thats why the spirits follow him. His words made more sense to me now. Born into darkness. Just where and why did he have to be a vampire. So mysterious, and yet he seemed rather gentle. Youngbae pulled on my wrist

"Home now"

I didnt fight him anymore. I was beyond exhausted

"What happened to your hands?"

"My hands?"

We stopped walking ripping a piece of his shirt to tie on my hand. You got lucky. blood drives them crazy. Im surprised he hadnt drained you before I got here.

"How did you know where I was?"

"I have these sensors placed all over the campus, anything that doesnt have heat or a heartbeat will trigger them. Look in the fountain. the eyeball in the statue is a sensor and camera."

"I didnt realize how guarded of me you were?"

"You are more than just a friend to me Seungri, we've been like brothers for so long"

I didnt realize the words brothers could hurt so much. I tried to shake off the hurt face, by adding a smile. I threw my arm around his neck

"Thanks for being here man"

I walked back to his car, watching our surroundings more carefully. It had to be around 10pm from the sound of the church bells ringing in the distance. I just wanted to drink my thoughts away. clear my mind. Soju actually sounded great right now, We went to one of the tiny stands on the corner, munched on chicken and talked about how pissed the teacher is gonna be at us tomorrow.

I know it .. im having gdragon concert withdrawals so back... I wish I could go see youngbae too :,(
