Kikwang decided to take you home. You were sitting in the car, staring out the window when he started nagging you. You don’t like this one bit. Now your day is completely ruined and your first year anniversary with Myungsoo is ruined.

“You should’ve eliminated Woohyun! Why the hell did you go after Sungjong?!!” He nagged

“I wasn’t thinking...”

“At least you got that right!”

“It doesn’t matter...it’s done now”

“You embarrassed the family and hurt yourself in the process too! How am I suppose to explain this to Doojoon hyung??!”

“Stop this!!! All you think about is yourself!”

“That’s not true!!”

“All you care about is your image. That’s why you’re the school play boy right??”

“It’s not about the family name anymore, it’s about your pride. Who cares if our team lost or not? It’s just a PE game!”

“You don’t know a thing because you didn’t have much responsibility when mom and dad passed away!”

The two of you arrived home safely despite the arguing. The moment you stepped in the house, the maids greeted you

“Miss...you’re early today...is there any problem?” Yuna, your personal assistant asked

“I want to be alone...” You said as tears were threatening to fall

“We are not yet done young lady!” Kikwang shouted

“We are done!” You turned to him

“Hey what’s the commotion?” Doojoon went down the stairs. He noticed the bandage on your nose and panicked “What the hell happened???!” He examined your nose

“Woohyun got her in PE class”

“What the hell??! They are so dead!” Doojoon shouted

“Stop it oppa. Not you too! It was an accident. It’s just a game and I don’t want anyone making a big deal out of it!” You shouted

“IT IS big deal ________!” Kikwang argued once again

“IT.IS.NOT!” You emphasized each word

“You don’t understand because all this time we’ve been protecting you! You don’t understand because you don’t have to look after what’s left by our parents. You don’t understand because all you think about is the pain of losing them, but we...WE have to think about you!”

“You don’t have to think about me!!!” Tears were falling freely from your eyes now

“Easy for you to say! All this time you’ve been this house’s baby!”

“Because you guys treat me like one even if I’m sick of it!”

“STOP!” Doojoon said

“Kikwang go to your room! ______” He was going to grab you when you ran away. You locked your room and quietly sobbed

“That was too much...”Doojoon warned Kikwang

“Sorry...” Was all he can say before going to his room

Hours passed by. Your other brothers tried to knock on your door, but you didn’t let them in. You just came out of your bathroom when you saw a familiar shadow at your balcony. You opened it and let Myungsoo in.

“Baby are you ok?! I’ve been trying to call you!” You felt guilty instantly. That’s right. After your fight with your Kikwang, all you did was cry. Never once did you look at your phone

“I’m sorry...” You hugged him “I’m ok now...”

"Let me see what that stupid brother of mine did to you" he said as he cupped your face "My poor baby girl, does it still hurt?"

"A little bit..." You admitted

"I'm so sorry..."He whispered as he pulled the two of you on your bed

"It's not your fault...what are you talking about oppa?"

"It is my fault! I am not man enough to defend my own girl!"

"No...you're wrong! You are man enough to protect us...our secret" You smiled at him "Thank you oppa."

"How can you still smile when you're hurt?" He caressed your cheeks

"Because I have you. It's always worth smiling for every time you hold me like this" You held on to his hand

"You always say things that makes me go crazy...I love you so much" He hugged you tight

"Oppa! our anniversary is ruined!" You pouted as you let go of the hug

"It's not...I mean sure arrangements should be made, but I got it all under control" He winked at you as he started walking to the balcony. "Stay there" He warned when he noticed you were about to stand up

"Ta-da!" He came back with a box of cake, specifically the cake that you bought this morning

"How did you..."

"I was going to get your stuff for you since I know you just went back home right away, but then I saw this"  He smiled at you as he approached you "Thank you baby! I know you don't like strawberry shortcake but you still bought it for me" He gave you a peck on the lips

"Na-uh! I'm starting to like it too!" You proudly stated

"Because of your everlasting patience and understanding, I have something for you" He handed you a smartphone

"What? not like I don't have my own phone..."

"Couple phones...customized for just the two of us" He proudly took out his phone. Yours is with a pink case while his is with a blue case.

"Really?!!"

"Yes...this way we can text each other freely without worrying about whether our brothers will find out. I locked it with a password that only the two of us knows..."

"What is that?" You gave him a curious look

"our secret" He whispered to your ears. He didn't have to elaborate. You knew very well that he meant your anniversary date

"Thank you oppa!" You hugged him tight

"Is this the surprise that you talked about this morning?" You asked him as you unlocked your new phone

"Nope...hmmm I'm not telling you where it is, but it's within your reach" He smiled at you

"Within my reach???" You started looking around you, but nothing seems odd "You're lying to me huh?"

"Of course not! I want you to find it yourself. That way you'd be extra surprised" He winked at you

"Aish!" You pouted at him

"Aigoo my princess is so cute!! I know you love to pout so I can kiss you, but right now I'm hungry, and I bet you are too!" He laughed as he heard your tummy answer for you

"How do we eat this? I don't have cutleries in the room" You answered

"Go ask someone to bring one up?"

"And risk my brothers rushing to me asking me what's wrong? Oppa imagine if I ask for a knife. They'd think I want to kill myself" You answered

"True..." he took out the cake from the box and settled it on the table "How about...like this?" Using his right hand, he scooped a piece and fed it to you. "See? we can eat using our hands" He proudly commented

"  Sometimes I think I'm older than you" You laughed at his childishness. You love it when he acts childish. Not only do you find it cute, but somehow he does it when you're feeling down. It's as if he's acting childish just to make you laugh every time you're sad.  

The two of you started feeding each other with the cake using both your hands. Soon icings were put on your faces as well. He would put an icing on you and kiss that part of your face while you do the same.  For other people, they'd think it's too much skinship for your age, but who cares? at least you guys are not going beyond that. You were giggling when he's trying to remove the icing from your chin when Doojoon knocked on your door.

"...oppa...where should you hide?" You asked Myungsoo as you looked around

He tried to hide behind the curtain, but his feet is showing up,. He tried to hide under the bed, but his is too big to fit in. Finally he ran to your walk in closet and shut the door.

Before opening the door for your brother, you the icing that's on your hands. Slowly you gave way for Doojoon to come in

"What the..." he looked at your table "Is that icing?" He pointed at your face

"What? oh..." You realized that Myungsoo probably put more than you thought he did

"Were you eating that cake by yourself?" He approached the table "And it's a strawberry shortcake too, not your favourite..." He confusedly looked at you as he took a napkin to wipe your face

"I'm starting to like it..."You mumbled. He just nodded.

"I know you're mad at Kikwang for yelling at you __________" he started as he wiped the icing off your face "But you should forgive him. He was hella worried when you fainted. Yes he was thinking about the family, but more importantly he wanted to win because of you. Because you believe in him and you look up to him. You believe that he will not let you down, so of course winning this game is important for him" He gently smiled at you as he touched your puffy eyes. "We are gang members and you know that right? We grew up with one  motto in mind, to protect our most precious one. __________ that precious one is you. Whether it's a game, or about our family business, we won't let anyone hurt you in any way. Do you understand your oppas hearts now?" He gently asked you

"Hn" You nodded "Sorry oppa..." You whispered

"Aigoo...and don't forget, you will always be our precious one. Our one and only baby" He smiled as he pinched your cheek

"Ouch!"

"Wait..." He stopped smiling

"Did you...did...any of our brothers came up here?" He curiously asked as he sniffed the air

"No...why?"

"It just...it smells like...I don't know...like a man!" He answered

"I...I dont smell it" You nervously said hoping he'd believe you

He started walking his way to your walk in closet. "I think the smell comes from here" He said. You're not hiding any man here, are you?" He accusingly looked at you. Suddenly you felt like something's stuck in your throat

"O-of course not! Oppa that...that smell is...uhmm...the cologne I'm giving to Yoseob oppa. He complained that he wants to change his so I sprayed the one I bought around my walk in closet to know whether it will fit him" You smiled. Proud that you've came up with a reasonable excuse.

"Hmmm something's fishy..." He was about to open the door when you screamed

"OPPA!!!! I HAVE MY LINGERIES THERE!!! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE IT?? ARE YOU A ERT???! URGH!" He blushed at the mention of lingerie.

"Uh...fine...I'm going to go, but don't eat too much cake. We're having dinner soon." He said as he walked his way out of your room. You smiled. This is the best thing about being the only girl in the family. They excuse themselves when the topic is about lingerie, shopping, and make-up.

As soon as he stepped out the room, you opened your walk-in closet for Myungsoo

"Aish why do you have to wear so much perfume?! We almost got caught" You complained to him as he smiled at you sheepishly

"Baby...is this one of the lingerie you were talking about? very y..." He his lips as he showed you your black lacy bra

"Oppa! You're such a ert!" You accused him as you took your bra away from him

"I like it! I like laces" He winked at you

"Aish! ert!"

"Only because you're mine...my very hot girl" He said as he rested his arms around your waist. He was about to kiss you when his phone rang

"Hello?" He answered his phone "What??! Can't Woohyun hyung go?? aish! I'm in the library! Fine! you caught me! Aish I understand. I will not let father find out!" He angrily hung up

"Is that your brother?" You asked as you cupped his face. He nodded

"What does he want?"

"He wants me to go after Dongwoo Hyung and Hoya Hyung. Apparently they went after some thugs that are causing trouble in our area. They're ok with just the two of them, but Sunggyu hyung found out that our dad is near the area too. We can't let him find out what we truly are, or else he will have a heart attack. AISH! those two stupid brothers of mine turned off their cel, so my other brothers can't get a hold of them. " He answered "Sorry baby...looks like I have to go..." He looked at you apologetically

"It's alright, but please be careful" You looked at him worriedly "Don't hurt yourself please?" You kissed the tip of his nose

"Yes mam!" He smiled before leaning in for a kiss. He kissed you slowly at first, until he can't help it anymore. He moved you closer to him and started making out with you. The moment was perfect for the two of you until his phone rang again

"AISH!" These stupid brothers of mine!" He ruffled his hair as he turned off his cel

"Oppa...go...." You told him "I don't want you or your brothers to be in trouble. Just remember to be careful ok? I swear if you come back here again with a bruise on your face just like last time argh!"

"Hmm can I comment on something though? Baby it's not my fault your brothers are strong. Especially Dongwoon...geesh I thought my jaw was going to break..." He shook his head as he remembered the fight that brought him bruises last time

"I should really do something about this whole war between yours and my family. I don't like the idea that the boys I love the most in my life is hurting each other" You frowned

"Hey cheer up baby girl! that day will come and I bet everyone will think you were the angel that changed them" He smiled as he pulled you closer to him. "Happy Anniversary! I love you! Don't forget to look for your surprise ok?"

"Thank you oppa! Happy Anniversary to you too...I love you oh so much!" You hugged him tight "Go now! I promise I won't sleep till I find out what your surprise is" You pushed him to the balcony. He gave you a quick peck before jumping from your balcony.
