March 31 2015 Log, I am Kim Namjoon

The man inhaled slowly as he looked away from the camera and then gazed back into it. For him it was a heavy topic that he stayed in shock for a year now, he couldn't move on, everything reminded him of what he has accepted as his true love - Kim Taehyung.

"A year has passed..." anxiously he nibbled on his thumb as he thought of the words that would be perfect for the beginning of his tale.

To me that day started like any other day. It was my grandmother's memorial day so I was visiting her grave a day earlier, she still had her house which was now under my name and I decided to take longer holiday and stay there for few days. It was beautiful, I could see the sea in the morning as I took the walk along the shore. And on that day... that special day I was doing the same thing as any other day but the only different thing was that I met the weird guy. Him.

He was standing and staring at the sea, his eyes were sad as if he wished to go there but he couldn't. The first thing I thought was that the guy probably didn't know how to swim or maybe he has seen the sea for the first time in his life? 

I approached the guy by greeting him in the early morning and the sad face he was making quickly changed into a bright smile, it was so effective it made me smile as well. I had no idea why that stranger kid would be so happy just for me saying 'good morning'.

"It's a very nice morning! beautiful morning!" the guy answered as his feet stomped on the sand, I noticed he didn't had any shoes on but that wasn't surprising. Many people walking by the shore choose to walk bare foot.

"So what are you doing here? Wanna go for a swim?" I spoke casually as if I was talking with one of my friends, I had no reason to be formal with the kid, he looked around my age anyway or even a bit younger, he wasn't formal himself so I didn't offend him one bit.

"Oh no, if I go swimming now I won't be able to come back" he answered and I didn't understand him at all.

"Why wouldn't you come back? Don't you know how to swim?"

"I know I know, I was swimming everyday"

"Oh" I nodded in understanding "so you got tired of swimming already?"

"No"

I understood... that I didn't understand a thing. "so you like swimming?" I asked him slowly, not because he looked dumb it was more that I felt like that and craved to understand what that young guy wanted to tell me.

"Swimming for me is like for you walking" the handsome guy spoke and I just shook my head while letting out a soft chuckle.

"I see, it's beautiful right?" I choose to change the topic because I knew I would make a bigger fool of myself if I asked. For me that kid spoke quite strangely, I couldn't understand what he meant exactly but we managed to hold a conversation. We both ended up taking a walk together, enjoying the sunrise and the sound of the waves crashing.

"What's your name?" It was quite too late but I choose to still ask him before we separate our ways.

"Kim Taehyung" the guy grinned happily "no one has asked for my name for so long"

I reached my hand out to ruffle his messy hair, he made me feel like an elder brother, like someone who should take care of him, I had no idea how that feeling approached me but it just looked like Taehyung was like a small kid lost in the big world all by himself.

"How so? Don't you meet new people? You seem very out going for me" I smiled at him as I was honest.

"You know, I heard this tale about the boy with a tail" Taehyung began talking on his own while dodging my question "he was a merman, his brothers died by illness or by sea monsters, he was left all alone without knowing where to go, everything away from his favorite sea was unfamiliar and dangerous so the boy stayed and survived by himself, he had no one to talk with only the men that were sailing to their death but even them didn't ask boy for his name, not even fishes or seals, the sea creatures talking with him as his family without even knowing his name"

I rubbed my nape, I found his story ridiculous and unnecessary but as the boy was telling me this, his expression turned sad and eyes were full of sorrow as if he could relate to that boy he was speaking about.

"I guess he was very lonely then" I commented to break the silenc
