It is a fitting stage name, for Jiyong and everyone else know that Lee Seunghyun likes to win. It goes for anything: dancing, performing, charming, studying, girls. Seungri has to win them all. Anything less is unacceptable.
Of course, it is easy for him to win over Jiyong too, in time. After all, Jiyong is attracted to all things that sparkle and shine. And Seungri is so bright (so bright that Jiyong can’t see anything else). Without even trying, Seungri has him wrapped around his little finger, but therein lies the problem – Seungri himself roams free, not tied down to anyone.
Jiyong is intent on changing that. His laughter, his body, his lustre are all his to claim and keep, he decides. Seungri outshines any of the bling and crystals in his collection and Jiyong must own him too.
“Who in the world are you texting to smile like that?”
Seungri doesn’t spare a glance up, thumbs furiously tapping the screen. Jiyong doesn’t miss the way the other's smile widens, cheeks bulging with amusement, and his eyes flatten into happy crescents (all for the wrong person).
“Ah, just a girl from my class, hyung,” comes the contrastingly offhand reply.
“Is that so?” Jiyong’s hands ball into fists, fingernails digging into his palms.
“Mm.”
