Above, is an interpretation of his lyrics.
Eventhough he kept on chanting "Everyone go away"; I think the words that hit homerun is 
"I am in need." 

It sounds like a desperate cry for help; which is conflicted by how he states that he doesn't want our pity, 
he doesn't want our empty words of encouragement, 
and how he's confident of the fact that we don't really care.

Not us as fans, but us as his companions. 
He doesn't trust us, not one - and yearns to go back to his grandfarther.
