Description

 After the events in book one, our characters learn to grow and get along in a world where it's man-eat-man. You either eat or be eaten and the groups, now combined, face a threat as Suye has returned to the group alive.

  7. Mason: Born February 29, 1996 (21), he was born in a leap year and his parents spoiled him rotten. His younger brother, Carter, hates him, but stays around anyways. Part of the Canadian survivor group.

  8. Carter: Born August 28, 2001 (15), overshadowed by his older brother, he felt no pain when their parents died after the outbreak happened. He hates Mason, but he wants to live to see his brother screw up so he sticks around with the group. Part of the Canadian survivor group.

  9. Alexander: Born October 1, 1987 (29), doesn't have a group and prefers to do things alone anyways. (??-unknown ethnicity)

  10. Danay: Born July 5, 1996 (20), only survivor of her family and regrets not being able to kill them before they turned. She stays alone in fear of letting people down like she did her family. (Cuban)
