I was quite sick as a kid, always in and out of hospital. I had countless injections, had sprained ankle, broken bones from playground injuries. I was sort of traumatized by physicians, but I also saw them as incredible people who had the power to help the horrible conception of human suffering. I wanted to be in that position where everyday of my life would be dedicated to making another human being smile. 

Lee Ah Yeon also known as Isabella, one of the best resident, and the youngest Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. People call her a genius because at the age of 13 she was already in University. She was a pre-med student. She got straight A’s in every single class in a demanding program, and was accepted early into medical school. Aside from being a doctor, she's also a model. 

Ah Yeon gives a cold, domineering first impression earning her the nicknames "Ice Princess" and "Dragon Lady". She always have these strong gazes and she rarely smiles. Other people misjudge her because she is usually blunt and sarcastic, but that's how she really is. Very honest and direct with her words. She has a hard time opening up to others and it takes time for her to trust other people. On the outside she seem rather cold and unapproachable, but as you get to know her you discover that she actually has a warm side too.  Ah Yeon loves her job and is passionate about it.
