"i hate to say this, but i will not approve your relationship. I don't think you guys fit with each other" Taehyung is playing with his video game as he said that to Go Mi. She looks at him for a second then shake her head

"Whatever. It's not like i have intention to be his girlfriend" she shift her body to the opposite of her bed as she's reading her fifth comic

Taehyung finish his final blow at his enemy and pause the game. He take a look at Go Mi who's absorb in reading. He takes her comic and close it making the other jolt and pissed

"What was that for?" she get up from her laying position and stare at the boy

"Have you been listening to me young lady?" Taehyung strike back with a serious look

"Yes, of course. Didn't you hear my answer just now? Gosh, why you're being annoying"

Go Mi rolls her eyes and ready to take another comic at the bookshelf when she got block by taehyung. Unfortunately for them, his move got them in a weird situation after that. Taehyung is now just an inch from her body, and he's pinning Go Mi at the bookshelf. Go Mi was too surprised to react to his action. She blinks her eyes many times unconciously and turn to another way

Gosh, i could feel his breath. What is he thinking? I can't get out of this position, he's too strong

Meanwhile taehyung is staring at her emotionlessly. He take a deep breath finally after an awkward silence. He then release her after realising her wincing in pain. He turn to sit on the bed and looks like he's in a deep thought

"I'm sorry for that. Just checking if you're still concious or not. You know, when i did that, it suddenly strike me that i couldn't bear to imagine that some other man would do that to you. Not even Jungkook" Taehyung said as he rub his face hardly

Go Mi goes silence as she heard that. She walk her way to the study table and sit at the chair  She stare at the frame of their picture together during their childhood times and smile

"Do you remember? When we were still young, i make you promise me that you will take care of me forever?" Go Mi take a peek of taehyung's respond and he nod at her words

"I was naive and too young to know how the worlds work. I was thinking that nothing could separate us but i was wrong. Things has change, and so do people. Taehyung-ah, i don't want to be the reason to block you from your own freedom and happiness. So, don't feel burden with what i said when we were young, and go find your own happiness" Go Mi looks at Taehyung and smile sincerely 

Taehyung stand from his place and suddenly left her room after looking at her for a second. He walk out of her house and ride on his bike to somewhere as Go Mi watch his moves. She felt dumbfounded by it but then she just let him do whatever he wants to. She took out the pills at her drawer then swallow it before she drinks some water

"That feels much better"

A few weeks after the incident, taehyung never come to Go Mi's house again to walk to school together. Instead, Jungkook comes to her house everyday to pick her up. It looks like Jungkook has replace Taehyung's place those days. Even when they met by accident at school, taehyung would avoid her and walk to the other way around. Go Mi got a news from Na Eun that Taehyung asked for a break up the day after the incident. She was broken for a couple of weeks but then come back stronger 

Go Mi were sitting at her usual spot in the school, which is the basketball court. The court usually is empty during that time, that is why she likes to have her alone time there. And there's another reason for it, but she just want to forget about it. Her alone time suddenly got interrupted by a group of boys walking their way to the court. They seems like they're dragging someone to the storage room inside the court. Go Mi try to focus on the students when she spotted Taehyung among the boys. He's also in the group. They were still dragging a boy to the storage room without realising her presence there. Go Mi can't help but feels curious and follow them to the room without making noise. She still watching on Taehyung who just stand silent there while doing nothing

"Why is he with them? What are they doing to that boy?" Go Mi's curiosity kicks in as she watches their moves

The group keep hitting the boy's face and stomach while laughing as he winces in pain. He was helpless and have no strength to fight back as she could see. She feels pity for him but scared at the same time. She knows she can fight, but she's afraid that Taehyung would not llike it if she hit his friends. Go Mi grits her teeth and close her eyes and finally decide. She then walk out of her hiding spot and stand in front of the victim, trying to block their hits saying "stop it"

"What's this? We got some heroin here? What a joke" one of them laugh as she glare at them 

Taehyung looks surprised by her sudden appearance and shouts her name unconciously "Go Mi?"

"You know this girl?" The guys beside him ask

"Y-yeah, she's a friend" He answer with a doubt

Taehyung walk to her and try to pull her aside but she doesn't even budge from her place

"what are you doing here?" He whisper to her ear almost angrily

"what are you doing with this delinquents? Why are you hitting him?" Go Mi ask him back almost shouting making the others stare at her

"Yah, what are yo-"

The guys laugh as they heard her words. The guys who looks like the leader call for taehyung.Taehyung walk nervously to him, and when he arrive, he whisper something to his ear with a smile and stare at Go Mi seductively. Taehyung was stunned as he heard the instruction. Go Mi walks to him and try to ask what he was talking to taehyung

"He wants me to take care of the boy while he have some fun with you" Taehyung said as he stare blankly at the floor. He tighten his knuckles as he said that

The boys already make their move and try to take her with them. She didn't defend for herself at first cause she's afraid to hit Taehyung's friend, but then when a guy start to touch her shoulder, it pissed her off 

"Taehyung-ah, are you sure they're your friend?" She ask but got no repond from Taehyung

The leader suddenly approach Go Mi when she's not defended and grabbed by the guys. He touch her cheeks and make her look at him "You're one tough lady aren't you. But that makes me want you more" he smirk at her but then Go Mi suddenly smile back at him and hit him on his head

Her action got the other guys triggered and surprised as the leader's nose start to bleed and he seems dizzy. Go Mi then start to apply judo technique on the guys that are holding her. Taehyung finally join her after a while when he realise what is happening.

"sorry for the late joining" taehyung whisper as they're standing side by side while getting ready in their position

"you could have wait for me to deall with all of them" she sarcasticly reply to him and start to attack the guy in front of her

The fight then ended when all the guys lose badly and are in pain on the floor. Taehyung walk to the leader of the group and act like he want to punch him but then he stop "Taehyung-ah, i thought we're friends" the leader said as he hold his body with painful look

"Touch her again, i'll make you regret it" Taehyung state as he looks at him emotionlessly. He turn to Go Mi and grab her arm along as he walk but then she freeze her body making him stop

"The boy.." She point at the boy that were left before on the floor and are in unconcious state

He walk to him with Go Mi and manage to stand him up and walk out of the room. They go to the nurse room with struggle as they lose some energy in the fight just now. When they arrive, the nurse treat the victim after giving them a lot of questions which got answered by taehyung smoothly. 

After making sure that the boy is in a good condition, they sit at the nurse room waiting for him to wake up. Go Mi stare at Taehyung's bruise on his face and arms and grab the first aid kit in front of her. She pull his arm and roll up his sleeves to find other bruises on it. She take out the cream and cotton and start treating his bruise. He resist at first but he got a death stare from Go Mi which leave him with no choice. She goes for the cut on his face after the arm and stare at his face a for a short time before sighing

"I'm not gonna ask you anything about what just happened. But if you want to, you can said it to me, i'm all ears" Go Mi stop treating and stare at him desperately waiting for his explanation when Taehyung looks at her without blinking.

He suddenly grab the cotton at her hand and apply some cream on her hand. She winces in pain when he did that. He finally put a band aid on it after finishing. He hold her hand for some time before glaring at her

"Care for yourself before throwing yourself in danger. You might have the techniques, but you're still a girl. I might never get to rescue if this happen again" With that sentence, he leaves Go Mi and the boy at the nurse room without even looking back
