"I'll come back. We'll be together again. We'll get married and I'll be a dad and you'll be a mom. You're going to be my princess. I promise." Kyuhyun murmured as he pulled you, his one and only best friend. The sun was setting but you both didn't care. You two owned the sand box on that play ground but for you at your very young mind, you both wished for the time to stop.

"But you said you'll stay forever. We'll be together forever. Who will I protect when you're already gone? When they bully you are already gone? Promise me we'll see each other again." You said as you allowed him to run his fingers through your hair and hug you.

Kyuhyun looked at you with sorry and apologetic eyes. He rubbed his eyes under his thick glasses and wiped your tears away. Along with his tears was his booger which you gently wiped away as you chuckle at how idiotic he looked. But it was his bright smile after that took your breathe and tears away.

Just that look and that sweet smile which turned into a pout send your heart happiness which you didn't understand at that time. You returned the favor and smiled at him back. It sent him the same warm and gentle feeling which you didn't understand at the time. Only you both knew that you didn't want that feeling to go away.

Kyuhyun looked at you with his most innocent smile, the most innocent smile his ever flashed. It soothed your heart and erased your worries. His glistening eyes that were earlier drenched in tears connected with yours as he released you from his hug. He leaned his forehead on yours and slowly your sweet lips sealed.
